교사-가정 연계 유아 인성교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교사-가정 연계 유아 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하고 개발한 프로그램의 유아교육현장 적용 타당성을 검증하는데 있다. 먼저 본 연구의 사전검사는 실험처치를 실시하기 전 2017년 10월 10일부터 10월 13일까지 실시하였고, 사후검사는 2017년 11월 27일부터 11월 30일까지 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 교사-가정 연계 유아 인성교육 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위한 실험처치는 2017년 10월 16일부터 11월 24일까지 주 4회씩 6주에 걸쳐 진행하였고, 한 주간 인성덕목(배려, 존중, 협력, 질서, 나눔, 효) 한 가지씩 이해할 수 있도록 한 24회기의 활동이 이루어졌다. 프로그램의 현장 적용 타당도 검증을 위해 선정된 연구 대상은 어린이집에 재원중인 평균월령 73.12개월의 유아였다. ‘유아 인성 척도’, ‘유아 자아존중감 척도’, ‘유아-교사 관계 척도’를 사용하여 데이터를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과 실험집단은 비교집단과 비교하여 인성, 자아존중감, 유아 -교사 관계가 향상 된 것으로 나타나 프로그램의 효과가 검증되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a character education program connecting teacher and family for young children and to examine its effects on young children’s character, self-esteem and teacher-child interaction. The preliminary test of this study was conducted from 10th of October to 13th of 2017 prior to the experimental treatment, and the follow-up examination was conducted from 27th of November to 30th of 2017. The experiment was conducted twenty-four times for Six weeks. In this study, experimental treatment to verify the effectiveness of a character education program connecting teacher and family for young children was conducted four times a week from October 16 to November 24, 2017, and one to 24 sessions of activity were conducted to help one understand personality virtues The subjects used in this study were 60 young children whose mean age is 73.12 months from two classes in a day-care center to prove validity of early childhood practice application of character education program connecting teacher and family. It used ‘A Preschooler Character Scale Rated by Teacher’, ‘A Self-esteem assessment for young children’, ‘Teacher-child interaction scale’ in collection of data. The collection data were analyzed by ANCOVA.Results shows that the experimental group showed significantly higher scores of character, self-esteem and teacher-child interaction than the control group. The results are discussed with made regarding the character education program connecting teacher and family and the methods toward enhancing children s character, self-esteem and teacher-child interaction.
