국내 성인근로자의 경력역량 척도 타당화 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 국내 성인근로자들을 위한 경력역량 척도를 개발하고 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구와 기존 척도를 고찰하여 경력역량의 개념을 정립하고 인적자원개발 및 경력개발 전문가 3인과 기업 실무전문가 2인을 대상으로 예비문항을 작성하였다. 조직구성원 162명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하여 총 19개 문항으로 구성된 경력 역량 예비 척도를 도출하였다. 본 조사에서 조직구성원 375명을 대상으로 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하였으며, 최종적으로 3요인(의미역량, 기술역량, 관계역량) 19개 문항의 경력역량 척도를 개발하였다. 경력역량 척도의 내적 일치도 계수는 의미역량 .916, 기술역량 .905, 관계역량 .865로 나타났다. 개발된 척도에 대한 확인적 요인분석을 통해 요인구조를 평가하고, 집중타당도, 판별타당도, 공인타당도를 검증한 결과 타당한 것으로 검증되었다. 이 연구는 무경계 경력관점에서 제시된 경력태 도에 기반을 두고, 국내 조직문화를 반영한 성인근로자용 경력역량 척도를 개발했 다는 데 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 토대로 연구 의의와 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the career competencies Scale. For this purpose, preliminary items were generated based on theoretical literatures and other existing scales, and confirmed verification of career development and HRD experts, practical experts. The preliminary survey was conducted on 162 employees to confirm validity and reliability, and a total of 19 items were derived. Then, In the survey, validity and reliability were confirmed for 375 employees, Finally, we developed the 19 items career competencies scale for 3 factors(knowing-why, knowing-how, knowing-whom). The internal consistency was knowing-why .916, knowing-how .905, and knowing-whom .865. The validity of the construct validated by the confirmatory factor analysis on the developed scale and the validity of the convergent validity, discriminant validity and concurrent validity were verified. This study is significant in that it developed the career competencies scale for employees reflecting the domestic organizational culture based on the career attitude presented from the perspective of boundaryless career. Finally, limitation of the study and practical applications were discussed.
