실과 농업생명과학영역에 기반한 진로교육 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 실과교육에서 적용이 가능한 농업생명과학영역의 진로교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 준비단계에서는 초등학교 진로교육의 목표와 교육과정 내용체계를 분석하였고, 진로교육 경험이 있는 교사 들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 진로교육 프로그램의 방향을 설정하였다. 개발 단계에서는 진로교육의 목표를 도출하고, 예비주제를 선정 및 조직화하는 과정을 거쳐 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개선단계에서는 전문가 집단으로부터 프로그램에 대한 의견을 수렴하였고, 이를 반영하여 수정 보완하였다. 개발된 실과교육에서 활용이 가능한 농업생명과학영역 진로교육 프로그램은 다음과 같은 특징을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 프로그램 목표는 초등학생이 농업생명과학의 다양한 일의 세계를 경험함으로써 진로인식을 향상시키고, 직업에 대한 올바른 가치관을 가지는데 있다. 둘째, 개발된 프로그램은 5가지 영역으로 이루어져 있고, 농업과 우리의 삶, 식물을 가꾸는 일과 직업 ⅠⅡ, 동물을 돌보는 일과 직업 ⅠⅡ, 농업의 변화와 유망직업, 나의 진로 설계, 생명과 함께하는 마음으로 모두 8차시로 구성하였다. 셋째, 각 차시별 활동구성은 수업개요, 수업과정, 학습활동자료, 읽기자료로 이루어져 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a agricultural life sciences career education program which can be applied in practical art education. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the goal of elementary school career education and curriculum contents system was analyzed in the preparation stage, and the direction of career education program was set by conducting questionnaires on teachers who had career education experience. In the development stage, the goal of career education was derived, and the program was developed by selecting and organizing preliminary contents. In the improvement stage, opinions of the program were gathered from the expert group, and they were corrected and supplemented. The agricultural life science career education program that can be used in the developed practical art education has the following characteristics. First, the goal of the program is to improve the career awareness of elementary school students by experiencing a variety of jobs in agriculture and bioscience, and to have the right values for their jobs. Second, the developed program consists of five areas: agriculture and our lives, planting and occupation Ⅱ Ⅱ, animal care and occupation Ⅰ Ⅱ, agricultural change and prospective occupation, my career design, 8 times. Third, each activity structure consists of Class overview, Class process, Activity Materials, and Reading material.
