대학생이 지각한 부모의 과잉간섭이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 고통감내력과 우울의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생이 지각한 부모의 과잉간섭이 고통감내력과 우울을 매개로 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 구조모형을 설정 하였고, 검증을 위한 자료는 2018년 4월부터 6월까지 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 남녀 대학생 302명을 대상으로 한 설문을 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 대학생이 지각한 부모의 과잉간 섭, 고통감내력, 우울, 그리고 주관적 안녕감은 유의미한 상관이 있고, 대학생이 지각한 부모의 과잉간섭은 고통감내력과 우울을 이중매개로 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 부모의 과잉간섭이 대학생의 주관적 안녕 감에 영향을 미치는 과정에 대한 이해를 높이며, 대학생의 주관적 안녕감을 향상시 키기 위해 상담현장에서 고려해야할 부모 역할에 대한 시사점을 제시해 준다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점 및 추후연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of distress tolerance and depression on the relationship between perceived parental over-intrusiveness and subjective wellbeing in college students. To examine the mediating effect, the structural equation model was verified. The data for the model was collected from survey of 302 university students. A descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The main results are as follows. First, college students parental over-intrusiveness, distress tolerance, depression, and subjective wellbeing were correlated. Second, distress tolerance mediated between college students perceived parental over-intrusiveness and subjective wellbeing. Third, depression mediated between college students perceived parental over-intrusiveness and subjective wellbeing. Forth, distress tolerance double-mediated between college students perceived over-intrusiveness and subjective wellbeing via depression. The results contribute to our understanding of the process that parental over-intrusiveness influences college students subjective wellbeing. In addition, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
