국문 초록

본 연구는 장애아동부모가 교육공동체에 대해서 가지는 우리성과 교육공동체역량의 요인구조를 분석하고, 우리성 인식요인이 교육공동체역량에 어떻게 영향을 미치 는지 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이에 장애아동부모 212명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후, SPSS 23.0 for window와 Mplus7.1를 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인 분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 분석하여, 첫째, 우리성 인식요인은 공감과 배려, 경험의 공유, 상대적 인정의 차이, 시간의 공유와 같이 4가지 요인으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 교육공동체역량 요인은 공동체적 목표와 가치의 공유, 소통을 통한 관계와 인정, 민주적인 참여와 공유된 책임, 정서적 관계 형성과 같이 4가지 요인 으로 도출되었다. 셋째, 교육공동체역량 요인 중 ‘공동체적 목표와 가치의 공유’, ‘소 통을 통한 관계와 인정’, ‘민주적인 참여와 공유된 책임’ 세 가지 요인 모두에, 우리성 인식요인 중 ‘공감과 배려’, ‘상대적 인정의 차이’가 영향을 미쳤으며, 교육공동체의 ‘정서적 관계형성’요인에는 ‘경험의 공유’와 ‘상대적 인정의 차이’요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 바람직한 특수교육공동체를 구축하기 위한 부모역량 교육프로그램의 기초자료를 마련하고자 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factor structure of weness and educational community competencies that parents of children with disabilities have on educational communities and to explore how our perceptual factors affect educational community competence. After conducting the questionnaire survey on 212 parents of children with disabilities, we conducted exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 for window and Mplus 7.1. The results of the study were analyzed. First, our weness recognition factors were derived from four factors such as empathy and consideration, sharing of experience, difference of relative recognition, and sharing of time. Second, the factors of educational community competence are derived from four factors such as sharing of goals and values, communication and recognition through communication, democratic participation and shared responsibility, and emotional relationship formation. Third, among the factors of educational community competence, shared goal and value of community , relationship and recognition through communication , democratic participation and shared responsibility and difference in relative recognition were found to have an influence on emotional relationship formation of education community. Based on this, we discussed the fundamental research resources of the parent competency education program to build desirable special education community.
