초등학생의 대인관계가 다문화 수용성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

이 연구는 초등학생의 대인관계가 다문화 수용성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것으로써, 2017년 현재 광주광역시에 소재하고 있는 초등학교 5, 6학년 433명을 대상 으로 2017년 11월에 설문 조사하여 유효한 413부를 최종적으로 2018년 2월까지 분석 하였다. 자료는 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, t 검정, 피어슨 적률상관분석, 중다회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 이에 의한 연구 결과는 첫째. 초등학생의 대인관계와 다문화 수용성에는 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 대인관계의 하위변인에서는 부모 및 교사와의 대인관계에서 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 다문화 수용성 하위변인에서는 다문화 개방성과 공감에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 그리고 초등학생의 학년에 따라 대인관계와 다문화 수용성에서는 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째. 초등학생의 대인관 계와 다문화 수용성 간에도 교사와의 대인관계를 제외한 모든 하위변인 간에 유의미한 상관이 있었다. 셋째. 초등학생의 대인관계와 다문화 수용성은 모든 하위변인 간에 영향을 미치고 있었으나 친구와의 대인관계는 다문화 개방성에 영향을 미치고 있지 않았다. 따라서 이 연구를 통해 초등학생의 다문화 수용성 향상을 위한 효과적인 방법이나 개선 방안 모색과 대인관계가 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 새로운 변인 으로서의 가능성을 구명할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study was to investigate an influence on multi-cultural acceptability according to elementary student’s personal relation. Subjects of study for this were ‘Is there a difference among personal relation, and multi-cultural acceptability regarding elementary student’s background variable?‘, ‘Is there a correlation between personal relation and multi-cultural acceptability?’, ‘Is there a influence on multi-cultural acceptability regarding elementary student’s personal relation?‘. An object for the study was 433 students on 5, 6 grade in elementary school and 413 students among them were analyzed by frequency and percent, t-test, correlation, regression etc using SPSS WIN 20.0. The major findings of the study were as follows. First, an elementary student’s personal relation, multi-cultural acceptability, personal relation with parent and personal relation with teacher in sub-variables of personal relation, multi-cultural openness and multi-cultural empathy in sub-variables of multi-cultural acceptability had a difference. An elementary student’s personal relation and multi-cultural acceptability had a difference according to grade. Second, tthere was a correlation between personal relation and multi-cultural acceptability and all variables except for personal relation with teacher had a positive and negative correction. Third, an elementary student’s personal relation affected all variables in multi-cultural acceptability, but personal relation with friend did not affect multi-cultural openness. The results of the study can be used to improve an elementary student’s multi-cultural acceptability, shall have the meaning that personal relation is new variable affecting to multi-cultural acceptability.
