국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 거주 복압성 요실금 여성의 요실금 증상, 신체상 및 성기능의 정도를 확인하고, 성기능에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함에 있다. 연구대상자는 전라남도 및 전라북도에 거주하고 있는 30세부터 75세까지의 성생활을 하고 있는 복압성 요실금 여성 191명으로, 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성, 요실금 증상, 신체상 및 성기능을 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 기술적 통계, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients 그리고 entered multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 복압성 요실금 여성의 요실금 증상은 7.56±4.38점, 신체상은 65.75±15.94점 그리고 성기능은 14.67±10.55점으로 나타났다. 복압성 요실금 여성의 성기능에 영향을 미치는 요인은 신체상, 요실금 증상, 케겔운동 수행, 폐경상태(폐경 후기), 폐경 후 기간 그리고 한 달 동안 성관계 횟수가 확인되었으며, 전체 모형의 설명력은 60.2%로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 근거로 복압성 요실금 여성의 성 건강에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 관련 요인들을 바탕으로 이들의 성 건강을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용을 제언한다.

영문 초록

This study identified the level of urinary incontinence symptom, body image and sexual function, and investigated factors affecting sexual function in women with stress urinary incontinence. Methods: A sample of 191 subjects aged 30 to 75 years was participated from September to December, 2017. Data for this cross-sectional study was collected using self-reported questionnaires which included general characteristics, urinary incontinence symptom, body image and sexual function. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and entered multiple regression. Results: Urinary incontinence symptom, body image and sexual function scores of subjects were 7.56±4.38, 65.75±15.94, and 14.67±10.55, respectively. Variables including body image, urinary incontinence symptom, Kegel s exercise(yes), menopausal status(post-menopausal), postmenopausal period and number of sexual intercourse per month explained 60.2% in sexual function in women with stress urinary incontinence. Conclusion: When nurses plan sexual health education to improve sexual function of women with stress urinary incontinence, it is necessary to consider urinary incontinence symptom, body image, and urinary incontinence-related factors.
