예비교사들의 융합 역량, 비판적 사고 성향, 내적 동기가 창의성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비교사들의 융합 역량, 비판적 사고 성향, 내적 동기가 창의성에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 예비교사들의 융합 역량(유연성, 통합적 사고력), 비판적 사고성향(지적통합, 개방성, 신중성, 객관성, 진실추구, 탐구성), 내적 동기(도전, 자기개발, 즐거움, 유능감)와 창의성간의 상관 분석을 실시하였고, 융합 역량, 비판적 사고 성향, 내적 동기가 창의성을 유의미하게 설명하는 변인인가 알아보기 위하여 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 서울시, 충북, 경북지역에 소재한 대학교의 유아예비교사, 초등예비교사, 중등예비교사 총 569명이 참가하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비교사들의 융합 역량, 비판적 사고 성향, 내적 동기의 모든 하위 요인들이 창의성과 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 예비교사들의 융합 역량과 내적 동기의 하위 변인들은 모두 창의성에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 설명변인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비교사들의 비판적 사고 성향의 하위 변인 중 지적통합, 개방성, 진실추구, 탐구성이 창의성에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 설명변인으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of preservice teachers convergence competency, critical thinking disposition, and intrinsic motivation on creativity. For this purpose, correlation analysis was conducted between preservice teachers convergence competency (flexibility, integrated thinking), critical thinking disposition (intellectual integrity, open-minded, prudence, objectivity, truth-seeking, inquisitiveness), intrinsic motivation (challenge, self-development, pleasure, efficacy) and creativity. The regression analysis was conducted to find out whether these factors such as convergence competency, critical thinking disposition, and intrinsic motivation explain preservice teachers creativity significantly. The results of the study were as follows. First, there were statistically significant correlations between preservice teachers creativity and all sub-factors of convergence competency, critical thinking disposition, and intrinsic motivation. Second, the variables explained preservice teachers creativity were all sub-factors of convergence competency and intrinsic motivation. Third, among the sub-factors of critical thinking dispositions of preservice teachers, intellectual integrity, open-minded, truth seeking, and inquisitiveness were statistically significant explanatory variables influencing their creativity.
