교류분석이론의 이고그램 성격특성에 따른 스마트폰 활용 및 중독 경향

국문 초록

현대의 일상에서 스마트폰이 차지하는 비중은 상당히 높다. 스마트폰의 기능은 앱을 스토어에서 손쉽게 설치할 수 있게 되면서 다양화 되었다. 그러한 스마트폰을 사용하는 형태도 개인마다 다르게 나타날 수밖에 없을 것이다. 본 연구는 성격특성에 따라 스마트폰의 사용 경향에 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 알아보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대학생들을 대상으로 K-KSEG(Kim s-Korea Standard EgoGram) 이고그램 검사지 및 스마트폰의 활용지수와 중독지수 설문지를 사용하여 조사하였다. 연구결과는 대학생들의 성격 특성과 스마트폰 사용 행태에 유의미한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 타인과의 관계성 지표인 CP나 NP가 높을수록 스마트폰 활용에 부정적으로 반응하며, 합리성 지표인 A나 자신의 감정 및 욕구에 관한 지표인 FC, AC가 높을수록 스마트폰 활용에 긍정적으로 반응하였다. 스마트폰 중독은 엄격하고 강한 가치관의 지표인 CP가 높은 사람이 오히려 가장 취약한 것으로 나타났으며, 타인의 눈치를 보는 지표인 AC가 높은 사람도 취약하였다. 그러나 합리성 지표인 A는 중독에 통계적으로 부적인 관계를 나타냈다.

영문 초록

The proportion of smart phones in modern day life is very high. The functionality of smartphones has diversified as the ability to easily install apps from the store. The use of such a smartphone will also vary from person to person. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in the usage tendency of smartphone according to personality characteristics. For this purpose, we surveyed university students using K-KSEG(Kim s-Korea Standard EgoGram), smartphone technology quotient and smartphone addiction. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between personality traits and smartphone usage patterns among university students. The higher the level of CP or NP, which are indicators of the relationship with others , the more negative the respondents use the smartphone. The higher the level of FC and AC, which are indicators of their own feelings and desires, and A, which are indicators of rationality, responded positively to the use of smartphones. Smartphone addiction was the most vulnerable person with high CP, which is an indicator of strict and strong sense of value. However, the rationality index, A, showed a statistically inadequate relationship to addiction. People with high CP and AC should be careful to prevent smartphone addiction.
