국문 초록

최근 대학생의 창의성과 문제해결력을 높여주기 위한 프로젝트 학습의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 하지만 전공 교육과정의 특성상 프로젝트 학습이 전면적으로 확대되기기는 다소 어려운 실정이다. 이에 대안적으로 교수학습센터를 중심으로 비교과 프로젝트 교육프로그램이 활발히 운영되고 있다. 본 연구는 비교과 프로그램인 프로젝트 학습에 참여한 대학생의 창의성과 학습몰입 특성 및 학업성취도를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 117명의 프로젝트 교육프로그램 참여 대학생으로, 학습역량 검사와 학습몰입 검사 도구를 사용하여 창의성과 학습몰입을 측정하였으며, 그들로 하여금 평균 학점을 기록하도록 하였다. 수집된 자료는 프로그램 참여 대학생의 창의성과 학습몰입 및 학업성취도가 학년의 고저와 성별에 따라 차이가 나타나는지 검증하기 위하여 t-test를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 고학년 대학생이 저학년 대학생 보다 문제해결능력과 학업성취에서 높은 점수를 보였 다. 남학생은 학습몰입의 하위 요인인 과제집중과 자의식 상실에서, 창의성의 하위요인인 창의능력과 창의성향 요인에서 여학생보다 높은 점수를 나타냈다.

영문 초록

Recently, the importance of project based learning has been raised to improve the creativity and problem solving ability of college students. However, due to the nature of the major curriculum, it is rather difficult to extend the project based learning to a whole extent. As an alternative, project-based learning programs are being actively conducted mainly by the centers for teaching and learning. So, this study investigated the creativity, learning flow, and academic achievement characteristics of the college students who had participated in the extracurricular project based educational programs. A total of 117 students were tested for creativity and learning flow by using LCT-CMB and learning flow scale. Also they were required to record their GPA. Collected data were analyzed by t-test to verify the differences in creativity, learning flow, and academic achievement according to grades and gender of the college students. The results of the study are as follows. The upper grade students who had participated in the project based learning programs got higher scores on the problem solving of creativity and academic achievement rather than lower grade students. Male students scored more highly on in the sub-factors of task concentration and loss of self-consciousness, creative ability and creative tendency rather than female students.
