대학생의 자아개념 및 창의적 성향과 학습역량 간 관계

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 대학생의 학습역량을 강화해야할 필요성에 따라, 학습역량과 상관이 높은 변인, 즉 창의적 성향과 자아개념 등을 밝혀, 대학생의 학습역량 함양을 위한 교과 및 비교과 강좌에서 이들 세 변인을 증진 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 궁극적인 목적을 두었다. 따라서 서울에 소재한 S대학에 재학 중이며, 온라인 ‘자기주도적 학습’ 강좌를 수강중인 대학생 516명(남 272명, 여 244명)을 대상으로 하여 자아개념검사, 창의적 성향검사 및 학습역량 검사를 하였다. 이 강좌는 1학년~4학년, 모든 전공의 학생들에게 개설되므로, 대학생의 특성을 측정하기에 가장 적절하므로 이 강좌 수강생을 대상으로 하였다. 그 결과를 SPSS 21 /WIN 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계 및 상관분석(correlation analysis)을 하였다. 또한 자아개념과 창의적성향이 학습역량을 얼마나 설명하는지를 알아보기 위하여 중다회귀분석(stepwise multiple linear regression)의 방법을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학습역량을 가장 잘 설명하는 것은 자아개념이 가장 설명력이 높으며 그다음으로 창의적성향이 설명력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학에서의 역량 및 특성 지도를 어떻게 해야 할지에 대한 고려를 할 수 있겠다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to clarify the variables that have a high correlation with the learning competencies according to the necessity to strengthen the learning competency of college students, that is to say, the creative personality, self-concept. Using the result of this study, to present a plan to improve the three variables in the curriculum. Therefore, this study conducted to identify the relationship in self-concept, creative personality, learning competency of University students. The 516 subjects who were participated in ‘on-line self-directed learning class’ were selected from universities in Seoul metropolitan area, to whom some tests for three areas were carried out; self-concept, creative personality, and learning competency. The results were analyzed using SPSS 21/WIN statistical program The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple linear regression. And the results are as follows; it was found out that undergraduates self-concept, creative personality has relevance learning competency. the sub-variables of each variable were partially different. The conclusion from the results and discussions are as follows. First, there are positive relationships among self-concept, creative personality, learning competency. Second, as a result of investigating relative prediction of the learning competency on self-concept and creative personality contributed in accounting for the difference in learning competency. Based on these results, we can consider how to map competencies and characteristics in universities.
