논리적 사고를 바탕으로 한 예비유아교사의 모의수업 경험의 의미

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사들이 교수능력 향상을 돕고자 논리적 사고를 바탕으로 실시한 모의수업이 예비교사들에게 어떤 의미인지 알아보았다. 연구대상은 H대학교 유아교육과 3학년 학생 67명으로 연구는 2016년 2월부터 6월까지 유아교육과 교과목으로 개설된 ‘교과 논리 및 논술’ 시간에 이루어졌다. 모의수업은 학습 소그룹 구성, 수업 계획, 소그룹 수업시연 연습, 모의수업, 수업 평가 및 분석, 수정 및 재수업, 포트폴리오 작성의 과정으로 이루어졌다. 모든 과정에 지도 교수 및 동료 예비유아교사간에 협의와 피드백이 이루어졌다. 수업계획안과 평가 저널, 포트폴리오가 자료로 수집되었으며 수집된 자료들은 귀납적 방법으로 수집된 자료들의 반복적 읽기를 통해 자료 속에 함축된 의미나 주제, 용어 등을 찾아내고 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 예비유아교사들은 수업 계획부터 평가까지 전 과정에서 끊임없이 노력하고 준비하였으며, 피드백과 자기 반성을 통해 발전된 모습으로 다시 모의수업을 시연하는 것에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 예비유아교사들은 체계적인 모의수업 과정을 통해 자신들이 발전하고 있음을 느끼며 더 좋은 교사가 되기 위한 방안으로 모의수업의 중요성을 인식하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning of pre-service early childhood education teacher’s simulated instruction based on logical thinking to improve teaching ability. The subjects of this study were 67 students in early childhood education and third grade at H university. This study was conducted from February to June, 2016 in Logic and essay writing which was opened as early childhood education curriculum. The procedure of the stimulated instruction consisted of learning small group composition, lesson planning, small group demonstration practice, stimulated instruction, evaluation and analysis of class, revision and re-teaching, and portfolio making process. In all the courses, consultation and feedback were made between the supervisor and the peer pre-service early childhood teachers. Lesson plans, evaluation journals, and portfolios were collected. The collected data were analyzed by analyzing the meaning, theme, and terms implied in the data through repetitive reading of collected data by inductive method. The results of the study are as follows. Pre-service early childhood teachers constantly worked and prepared everything from planning to evaluation. Pre-service early childhood teachers felt positive about demonstrating the simulation instruction again with feedback and self-reflection. Pre-service early childhood teachers feel that they are developing through a systematic simulation instruction and recognize the importance of simulation instruction as a way to become a good teacher.
