메디컬스킨케어 능력단위 개발을 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 위한 교육과정 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 산업체에서 요구하는 직무에 따른 4년제 대학 피부미용학과의 메디컬 스킨케어 전문인력 양성을 위한 직무 모형을 개발하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 현장중심의 인재 양성을 위한 직무표준화 및 교육과정의 기초가 되는 NCS 능력단위를 개발하고자 한다. 연구방법은 기존의 NCS 기반의 병원안내와 피부미용 기기관리를 기반으로 NCS 세부능력단위를 활용하여 대학 내 자체능력요소를 보완하여 산업체 검증을 통하여 세부 능력단위를 도출하였다. 본 연구의 중요도를 분석하기 위하여 병원코디네이터, 피부미용, 자체능력단위 5순위 이상인 능력단위를 활용하여 총 15개 능력단위를 도출하였다. 능력단위 중요도 평균점수의 경우, NCS 기반 병원코디네이터 (M=4.26), NCS 기반 피부미용(M=3.82), 자체능력단위 ((M=3.55)로 나타났다. 본 연구는 NCS에서 다루지 않은 메디컬 스킨케어에 대한 능력단위 개발을 위하여 기존 병원코디네이터와 피부미용의 능력단위 및 자체능력단위에 대한 산업체 요구를 분석하였으며 이와 같은 결과는 4년제 대학 메디컬 스킨케어 전공 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으리라 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is efficient analysis and suggestions of the major curriculum of university medical skin care to foster professionals required for the industrial field. This study conducted, evaluated and statistically analyzed a survey of university graduates job performance satisfaction, importance of competency unit related hospital coordinator and esthetics based on NCS suggested by the government, importance of own competency unit in each item targeting industrial professionals related to medical skin care. To analyze the importance of this study, a total of 15 competence units were utilized 5 more competency units element from the hospital coordinator, esthetics, own competence unit. In the case of the competency unit importance average score was found NCS base hospital coordinator(M=4.26), NCS based esthetics (M=3.82), own competency unit ((M=3.55). This study analyzed the needs of the existing hospital coordinator, esthetics unit and own competency unit for the development of competency unit for medical skin care which is not covered by NCS. It is expected that it can be used as basic data for development.
