한국 대학생과 중국 유학생의 학습 동기 비교 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 한국 대학생과 중국 유학생의 자기결정성 학습 동기를 비교하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 대학에 재학 중인 한국인 학부생 63명과 중국인 유학생 78명을 대상으로 자기결정성 학습동기 유형을 조사하였다. 학습 동기 유형 탐색을 위해 수집한 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 각 문항 간의 내적 신뢰도(Cronbach s α)는 모두 0.7이상의 높은 내적 일관성을 유지하고 있었다. 자기결정성 학습 동기 유형 간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 pearson 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 기술통계 분석을 통하여 두 집단의 학습 동기에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 관찰하였다. 한국 대학생과 중국 유학생의 자기결정성 학습 동기를 측정한 결과 두 집단 모두 학습 동기가 높게 형성되어 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 확인된 조절, 통합된 조절, 내적 조절의 측정값이 높게 나타났다. 따라서 논의의 결과를 바탕으로 한국 대학생들과 중국 유학생들의 학습 동기를 높이고 이를 유지하고 관리할 수 있는 제도적인 지원과 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to compare the degree of self-determinism and learning motivation between Korean and Chinese students. For this purpose, 63 Korean students and 78 Chinese international students were surveyed on the pattern of self-determination learning motivation. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20, and Cronbach s α of 0.7 or more. Pearson Correlation Analysis was conducted to investigate the correlation between self-deterministic learning motivation types and technical motivation type of Korean students and Chinese students. As a result of measuring self motivation learning motivation of Korean college students and Chinese students, motivation of learning was high in all, and both Korean students and Chinese international students had high measured values of integrated regulation, integrated regulation, intrinsic regulation. Based on the results of the discussions, it is necessary to provide institutional support and measures to raise motivation, maintain and manage the learning motivation of Korean students and Chinese students.
