교수자 역량 진단에 대한 교수자와 학습자의 인식 차이 분석 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학에서 실시하고 있는 교수자 역량 진단에 대하여 교수-학생을 대상으로 측정하고, 교수-학생 간의 인식의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경북의 G시에 소재한 D대학교 학생 660명, 교수 210명으로 총 870명을 대상으로 교수역량 진단을 실시하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, t-test, ANOVA 분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 교수와 학생 간의 교수역량 인식의 차이에서 4개 역량 영역(기초역량, 수업설계자, 학습촉진자, 평가자) 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 4개 역량 영역 모두 교수가 학생보다 역량을 높게 평가하였다. 둘째, 학생의 배경변인별에 따른 교수역량 인식도의 차이에서는 학년별, 계열별, 성적별 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 구체적으로 학년별에서는 ‘평가자’ 영역에서 3학년이 1학년보다 높게 나타났으며, 계열별에서는 자연계열 학생이 ‘학습촉진자’ 영역에서 의학계열보다 높게 나타났고, ‘평가자’영역에서는 인문계열 학생보다 높게 나타났다. 성적별에서는 4개 모든 영역에서 4.0이상 학생이 4.0미만 학생보다 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 교수의 배경변인별에 따른 교수역량 인식도에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to assess the professor s teaching competency for professor and student by the university and it was that found out the differences between students and professors. The study examined a total of 870 professors and students from D University in Gyeongbuk-do and data processing was performed t - test, and ANOVA analysis by using SPSS 23.0. Results were as follows: First, there were statistically significant differences between professors and students in all four competences -basic competencies, lesson designers, facilitator, evaluators-. It was that professors were rated higher than students in professor s teaching competency. Second, according to the students background that showed statistically significant differences by grades, by majors, and by academic achievement. Specifically, There were showed that the third grade was higher than the 1st grade and the medical sciences was higher than the natural sciences in area of facilitator and than humanities sciences in area of evaluators. In addition, it showed that the students scored over 4.0 higher than students scored under 4.0 in all four competences. Third, there were no statistically significant differences according to the professor s background in professor s teaching competency.
