노인교육에 대한 태도와 만족이 사회적 만족에 미치는 영향: 긍정적 미래관의 조절효과

국문 초록

오늘날 한국은 고령사회가 되고 있다. 따라서 사회적 차원에서 노인에 대한 이해, 그리고 관심과 지원이 필요하다. 이 연구는 노인들을 대상으로 사회적 만족을 증가시키기 위한 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 노인복지관의 교육프로그램에 대한 태도와 만족의 중요성과 노인들이 지니는 긍정적 미래관의 효과를 입증한다. 연구의 결과로 노인복지관의 교육프로그램에 대한 교육태도와 교육만족은 모두 사회적 만족에 미치는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교육태도와 교육 만족이 사회적 만족에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 긍정적 미래관이 모두 조절효과가 있다는 것이 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 따라 노인교육에 대한 태도와 만족, 그리고 긍정적 미래관이 노인의 사회적 만족을 증가시키는 중요한 요소라는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 교육과 같은 특정 대상에 대한 태도와 만족이 교육에 대한 효과성뿐만 아니라 사회와 같은 다른 대상에 대한 만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 것을 설명한다.

영문 초록

Today, Korea society is becoming an aging society. Hence we should understand and support about elderly people in our community. The purpose of this article is to explore the method how we positively influence or induce elderly people’s social satisfaction for an aging society in Korea. Thus we demonstrate importance of satisfaction about education and educational attitude about elderly-education program in senior welfare center; and effect of elderly people’s optimism and control over the future. As a result of this research, elderly people’s education attitude and education satisfaction have positive influence on social satisfaction. Furthermore optimism and control over the future has moderate effect between education attitude and social satisfaction and also education satisfaction and social satisfaction. This result asserts that education attitude, education satisfaction and optimism and control over the future are crucial to improve elderly people’s social satisfaction. We tries to explain attitude and satisfaction about education could influence or increase satisfaction not only for one dimension like education, but also they would effect or increase other dimensions’ satisfaction such as society, community, life and so on.
