청소년의 리더십 생활기술과 진로성숙 관계에서 정서의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학생을 대상으로 청소년의 리더십 생활기술과 진로성숙의 관계에서 긍정정서와 부정정서의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 고등학생을 425명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자기기입식 설문방식을 이용하여 조사하였고 회수된 설문지 중 400명을 최종 분석자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구조모형 검증을 위해 변인들 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 리더십 생활기술과 긍정정서는 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 리더십 생활기술과 부정정서는 부적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째. 리더십 생활기술과 진로성숙 및 정서의 구조모형을 분석한 결과, 청소년 리더십 생활기술은 진로성숙에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 긍정정서와 부정정서를 매개로 간접적으로 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 청소년의 리더십 생활기술이 청소년의 정서와 진로성숙에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인임을 시사한다. 따라서 학교현장에서 진로교육의 효과를 높이기 위해서는 청소년들의 리더십 생활기술을 향상시켜 진로준비 및 자신의 역량을 발전시킬 수 있는 진로지도 프로그램을 개발하여 적용해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effects of youth leadership life skills on emotion and career maturity among high school students. The participants for this study included 425 students attending general high schools located in Gyeonggi Province. Data was collected with a self-administered questionnaire, and a total of 400 returned questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Collected data was analyzed with the SPSS ver. 22.0 and AMOS ver. 18.0 programs. The findings were summarized as follows: First, the career maturity and found positive correlations between leadership life skills and positive emotions and negative correlations between leadership life skills and negative emotions. Secondly, the study conducted a structural equation model analysis to test the mediating effects of positive and negative emotions on the process of youth leadership life skills influencing career maturity and found that youth leadership life skills have direct effects on it via positive and negative emotions. These findings imply that youth leadership life skills are major factor to have positive effects on the emotions and career guidance program by including leadership education that will help to increase youth leadership life skills; and thus, improve career preparations and capabilities in order to multiply the effects of current career education in schools across the nation.
