간호대학생의 자기주도성 경험과 자기주도적 학습능력

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도성 경험과 자기주도적 학습능력에 대해 탐구하고 간호대학생의 자기주도성 경험을 밝히고자 보완적으로 양적연구로 자기주도적 학습평가를 측정하여 관련성을 기술하고자 하였다. 본 연구방법은 질적연구 중심 혼합연구이기 때문에, 우선적으로 목적적 표본추출로 대상자를 선정하여 인터뷰를 적용하여 자기주도성 경험을 분석하였다. 또한 양적 연구를 위하여 일개간호학과를 선정하여 학년별로 무작위 추출하여 축약수정된 자기주도적 학습의 자가평가 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 결과적으로 질적연구에서의 주제는 자기주도성의 선행요인, 자기주도성의 실행요인, 자기주도성의 성숙요인의 세 가지로 단계가 나타나는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 양적연구에서는 간호대학생 활동의 일반적 특성과 자기주도적 학습 능력을 측정하여 자기주도성 경험에 대한타당도와 신뢰도를 높일 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구결과는 질적연구와 양적연구를 혼합하여 적용함으로써 질적연구의 수준을 업그레이드 하여 근거기반 연구를 할 수 있었던 것에 의의를 둘 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to describe the experiences on self-regulation, self evaluation of self-regulated learning, general self efficacy. In this study, to reveal the experiences on self-regulation, add to research quantitative survey to the nursing students. Thus the method of this study was qualitative-quantitative mixed study. Our data collection was two way. First in qualitative study, we have purposive sampling and in quantitative study, applied random sampling of an nursing college. Thus this study’s methodology was mixed method. Firstly, analyzed the qualitative data, and then analyzed the quantitative study in addition. The quantitative instrument were that advised self-rating scale of self-regulated learning, advised general self-efficacy in contents and general characteristics. As a result, the finding revealed an understanding that the relationship of experiences on self-regulation, evaluation on self-regulated learning, and general self-efficacy of nursing students. Futhermore, this study result would be helped to developing the self-regulated education program for nursing students.
