인도의 정치 현황과 경제 및 교역에 관한 고찰

국문 초록

인도는 서남아시에 위치하고 있으며 중국 다음으로 세계에서 가장 많은 13억의 인구를 보유하고 있다. 아울러 GDP는 세계 7위이고, 1947년에 영국으로부터 독립하였으며 의원내각제로 구성되어 있다. 산업구조는 서비스업과 제조업 그리고 농업 등으로 구성되어 있고, 석유 및 자동차, 통신기기 등의 정보 부문에 관한 수출이 비교적 활발하다. 1인당 GDP는 비교적 낮은 편이지만 R&D 관련 기술력이 높고, 이공계 진학률 또한 높은 편이다. 2014년에 집권한 모디 정부는 다양한 경제 발전 과제를 선정하여 외국으로부터 투자 유치를 확대하였고, 제조업 육성 및 인프라 건설에 상당한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 한편, 우리나라와의 상호 교역 활동을 살펴보면, 10위권 내의 수출 대상국이자 2010년에 양국 간 포괄적 경제동반자협정(CEPA)이 체결한 바 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 우리에게 비교적 생소한 인도의 정치 및 경제 현황 그리고 교역 활동 등에 관한 고찰을 통해 역내 진출과 인도에 대한 전반적인 이해도를 높이고자 진행하였다.

영문 초록

India is located in Southwest Asia and has the largest population of 1.3 billion people in the world after China. In addition, GDP is the seventh in the world, independent from the United Kingdom in 1947, and consisted of cabinet members. The industrial structure is composed of the service industry, the manufacturing industry and the agricultural industry. The export of information services such as petroleum, automobiles and communication devices is relatively active. GDP per capita is low, but R & D-related technology is high and the rate of advancement in science and engineering is high. The Modi regime, which was in power in 2014, has selected a number of economic tasks and has expanded its efforts to attract foreign investment, cultivate manufacturing, and build infrastructure. Looking at the trade relations with Korea, it has been concluded a comprehensive economic partnership agreement (CEPA) between the two countries in 2010, which is the top 10 export destination country. Therefore, we have examined India s political and economic situation and trade activities are unfamiliar to us. For this reason, this paper has been made to increase the overall understanding of advancement into India.
