국문 초록

연구의 필요성 및 목적 : 간호학은 인간의 전 생애과정을 다루는 학문이므로 교육과정에 죽음교육에 대한 내용이 포함되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 죽음이 갖는 다양한 의미를 카데바를 이용한 해부학 실습을 통해 확인하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 현상학적 방법론을 이용하여 인체해부실습을 통해 간호학생이 겪은 경험에 대하여 그 의미를 이해하고자 시도하였다. 포커스 인터뷰를 이용하여 90분 정도씩 4개 그룹으로 나누어서 구성하였다. 연구결과 : 자료를 분석한 결과 3개의 범주, 5개의 주제, 13개의 의미 있는 진술이 도출되었다. 간호 대학생이 처음으로 인체해부실습 경험을 통해 죽음의 의미에 대한 본질을 탐색하여 ‘삶과 죽음의 경계에 섬’ ‘간접적 체험에서 존재의 이미’ ‘부정적 대처에서 긍정적 대처로 변화’로 확인되었다. 결론 및 제언 : 본 연구에서는 인체해부학 실습을 통해서 생명윤리와 죽음 등의 주제들이 포함된 프로그램의 고안 및 필요성에 대해 전망하여 효율적인 간호중재 방안을 마련하고자 실시되었다

영문 초록

Purpose: The results of this study will help develop curriculum for preparing death, the quality of hospice care, as well as nursing education and practice. The purpose of this study is to identify various meanings of death through anatomy dissection using cadaver. Methods: This study applied method for phenomenological analysis in its endeavor to understand the Nursing students experience in observation practices of the human body based on their recorded documents. The participants of the study were first-year students of the Nursing Students, who engaged in a cadaver anatomy practice. A focus interview was used, with about 90 minutes given to each of the four groups, where each group was composed of eight students. Results: The result of this study revealed 3-category, 5-concept and 13-subcategory. The three category standing in between life and death , indirect experience of existence , and transition from negative reaction to positive reaction . Conclusion: The study is expecred to contribute to development of anatomy dissection using cadaver practice program for nursing students
