국문 초록

목적 주체적 개혁이 지속적으로 발전함에 따라, 학생들이 얻는 학업 성취도는 교육의 질을 평가하는 중요한 지표가 되고 있다. 그리고 학생들의 전공 정체성(professional identity)이 학업 성취에 미치는 영향 또한 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 학생들의 전공 정체성을 향상시키고 학생들의 학업 성취도를 높이는 것이다. 방법 본 연구에서는 정량적 방법을 사용하여 500명의 사회복지학과 대학생의 전공 정체성과 학업 성취 간의 관계를 분석하였다. SPSS 26.0 통계 소프트웨어를 사용하여 기술 분석, 독립 표본 t 검정, one-way ANOVA 분석, Pearson 상관 관계 및 회귀 분석을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 결과 사회복지학과 대학생의 전공 정체성과 학업성취도는 전반적으로 중상위권 수준이며 성별, 학년, 호적, 전공 지망선택 등 인구학적 변수에 큰 차이가 있었다. 전문적인 전공 정체성과 학업 성취 수준 사이에는 상당한 양의 상관관계와 회귀 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 회귀분석 결과 사회복지학과 학생들의 학업성취도의 예측 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이상의 회귀분석 결과로 볼 때 전공 정체성과 학업 성취 수준이 밀접한 관련이 있다. 학교는 학생들의 자발적인 선택에 초점을 맞추고 학생들이 스스로 결정할 수 있도록 격려하고, 전공 정체성 함양에 관심을 기울이며, 실천적 활동을 늘리는 데 초점을 맞추고, 전공 학습의 흥미로운 면을 찾도록 유도하는데 중점을 두어야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives With the continuous development of subjectivity reform, the level of academic achievement obtained by students has become an important indicator for evaluating the quality of education. And the influence of students' professional identity on academic achievement has also attracted much attention. The purpose of this study is to improve students' professional identity and achieve the purpose of promoting students' academic achievement. Methods This study used quantitative methods to analyze the relationship between professional identity and academic achievement among 500 college students in social welfare major. SPSS 26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data using descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation and regression analysis. Results College students in social welfare major had an overall moderate to high level of professional identity and academic achievement, with significant differences in demographic variables such as gender, grade, household registration, and voluntary choice of major. There were significant positive correlations and regression relationships between professional identity and academic achievement levels. The results of regression analysis showed that professional identity of college students in social welfare major had a predictive effect on academic achievement. Conclusions From the above regression results, it is clear that professional identity and academic achievement level are closely related. Schools should focus on voluntary choices and encourage students to make their own decisions, pay attention to cultivating professional identity, focus on increasing practical activities and explore the fun aspects of professional learning.
