청소년 비자살적 자해 관련 질적연구 동향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 청소년 자해에 관련 국내 질적연구 동향을 분석함으로써 국내 질적연구에서 청소년 자해가 어떻게 논의되고 이해되 고 있는지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 2021년 12월까지 발표된 학술지 논문을 대상으로 청소년 자해와 관련된 질적연구 18편을 분석하였다. 선행연구 를 참고하고 연구자들의 합의를 거쳐 수정 보완된 준거 틀을 사용하여 총 18편에 대해 연도별 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법을 분석 하여 질적연구 동향을 파악하였다. 결과 첫째, 청소년 자해 관련 질적연구는 2012년 처음 소개되었으며, 2019년부터 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 대상은 청소년과 대학생 대상 연구가 9편(50%)으로 가장 많은 비중을 차지했으며, 초기 성인기와 성인, 가족, 상담사 대상 순으로 나타났 다. 셋째, 연구주제는 자해의 중단과 극복과정 탐색과 자해의 유지경험과 의미분석을 탐색한 연구가 총 11편(61%)로 가장 많이 진 행되었으며, 상담사의 어려움과 대처방안 4편(22%), 자해 청소년 가족의 경험과 극복과정 2편(11%), 공개경험에 대한 분석 1편 (6%) 순으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구방법은 현상학적 연구 7편(39%), 근거이론 2편(11%), 사례연구 2편(11%), 내러티브탐구 3편 (17%), 단일사례연구 2편(11%), 합의적 질적연구방법(CQR) 2편(11%) 순으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 토대로 청소년 자해에 대한 연구과 사회적 관심을 환기시키고 추후 연구에 대한 시사점과 방향을 제시하였다

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze how adolescent non-suicidal self-injury has been discussed and understood in domestic qualitative research by analyzing domestic qualitative research trends related to adolescent non-suicidal self-injury. Methods To this end, 18 qualitative studies related to adolescent non-suicidal self-injury were analyzed for academic journal papers published until December 2021. The results of analysis on the basic research matters, research subjects, research methods, and research topics for a total of 18 works are as follows. Qualitative research trends were identified by analyzing annual research subjects, research topics, and research methods for a total of 18 studies using a revised and supplemented reference framework after referring to previous studies and agreeing with researchers. Results First, qualitative research related to adolescent non-suicidal self-injury was first introduced in 2012, and it was found to increase from 2019. Second, the subjects of the study were nine studies (50%) on adolescents and college students, followed by early adulthood, adults, families, and counselors. Third, 11 studies (61%) explored the process of stopping and overcoming self-harm and maintaining experience and meaning analysis of self-harm, followed by 4 counselors' difficulties and countermeasures (22%), 2 self-harm youth families' experiences and overcoming processes (11%), and 1 public experience (6%). Fourth, the research methods were 7 phenomenological studies (39%), 2 grounded theories (11%), 2 case studies (11%), 3 narrative studies (17%), 2 single case studies (11%), and 2 consensus qualitative research methods (CQR) (11%). Conclusions Based on the results of this study, research and social interest in adolescent Non-Suicidal Self-Injury were aroused, and implications and directions for future research were suggested.
