중등 예비교사의 좋은 수업에 대한 인식: 의미연결망 분석을 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 의미연결망 분석을 적용하여 중등 예비교사가 인식하는 좋은 수업에 대해 탐색하는 데에 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 총 142명의 중등 예비교사를 대상으로 개방형 질문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 통해 키워드 와 중심성 지수, 바이그램을 추출하고 주요 결과를 시각화하였다. 결과 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 좋은 수업에 대한 인식과 관련하여 핵심 키워드는 ‘수업’, ‘학생’, ‘교사’, ‘생각’, ‘수업내용’, ‘지식’의 단어로 나타났다. 이는 ‘수업’이 인식구조 가운데에 위치하며 ‘학생’, ‘교사’, ‘생각’, ‘수업내용’, ‘지식’의 단어를 기반으로 관계 와 연결 강도를 형성하고 있었다. 둘째, 학생들이 수업내용을 잘 이해하도록 교과 지식을 전달하는 수업, 학생들의 적극적 참여 활동 이 포함된 수업, 학생들의 흥미를 이끌 수 있는 방식의 수업, 다양한 생각이나 의견을 낼 수 있는 질문이 있는 수업, 학생들에게 학습 목표를 갖도록 교육하는 수업, 교사와 학생 간에 상호작용이 이루어지는 수업이 좋은 수업의 주된 인식으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 교수자들에게 수업에 대해 성찰할 수 있는 좋은 기회를 제공할 것이며, 또한 좋은 수업을 위한 수업계획 등의 실천적 방향을 위한 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the perception of good instruction that secondary pre-service teachers think by applying semantic network analysis. Methods For this purpose, data were collected using open questionnaires targeting 334 Secondary School preservice teachers. Keywords, centrality index, and bigrams were extracted through the collected data and the main results were visualized. Results The results were as follows: First, regarding the perception of good instruction, ‘instruction’ is located in the middle of the cognitive structure and forms the relationship and connection strength based on the words ‘student’, ‘teacher’, ‘thinking’, ‘class contents’, and ‘knowledge’. This means that ‘instruction’ is located in the middle of the recognition structure, and the relationship and connection strength were formed based on the words of ‘student’, ‘teacher’, ‘thinking’, ‘class contents’, ‘knowledge’. Second, it was found that the main perceptions of good instruction were classes that convey subject knowledge so that students can understand the contents of the class well, classes that include active participation activities of students, classes that draw students' interest, classes with questions that can give various thoughts or opinions, classes that educate students to have learning goals, and classes that interact with teachers and students. Conclusions The results of this study will provide teachers with a good opportunity to reflect on the instruction, and it can be used as useful information for practical directions such as class planning for good instruction.
