온종일돌봄체계에 대한 고찰: G시 온종일돌봄 수요조사를 바탕으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 G시의 온종일돌봄서비스에 대한 인식과 요구를 파악하여 온종일돌봄체계 발전을 위한 시사점을 도출하는데 그 목 적이 있다. 방법 본 연구는 온종일 돌봄 수요를 파악하기 위해 범정부 온종일돌봄 수요조사 자료를 2차 분석하였다. 자료분석을 위해 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 결과 온종일돌봄서비스 인지 여부를 확인한 결과 16%만이 전부 알고 있다고 응답하였고, 온종일돌봄서비스의 희망여부는 학년이 낮을수록 높게 나타났다. 온종일돌봄서비스 이용을 원하지 않는 이유는 사교육 원해서, 가정돌봄 원해서, 서비스 불만족 순으로 나타 났다. 이용한 온종일돌봄서비스 유형은 초등돌봄교실이 가장 많았다. 이용했던 온종일돌봄 서비스의 만족도는 약 84%가 만족한다 고 나타났다. 희망하는 온종일돌봄서비스로는 초등돌봄교실과 학교돌봄터 순으로 나타나 학교 내에서 제공되는 돌봄을 원하는 것으 로 나타났다. 온종일돌봄서비스 필요시간은 학교 끝~오후 5시가 가장 많았고, 저녁 및 오전시간대에도 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 더 정확한 온종일돌봄서비스 실태⋅수요조사 필요, 온종일돌봄서비스에 대한 홍보 및 안내 강화, 온종일돌봄서비스의 질적 수준 보장, 온종일돌봄서비스의 확대 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to make a proposal for the development of the all-day care system by identifying the perception and demand of all-day care services in G city. Methods In order to confirm the recognition and demand for all-day care, a second analysis was conducted on the government-wide all day care demand survey data. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS 27.0 program. Results As a result of the awareness of all-day care services, only 16% said they knew all about it, and the lower the grade, the higher the desire for all-day care services. The reasons for not wanting to use all-day care services were in the order of wanting private education, wanting home care, and dissatisfaction with the service. Elementary care classes were the most common types of all-day care services used. About 84% of the respondents were satisfied with the all-day care service. It was found that they wanted care provided in the school. It was found that the most necessary time for all-day care services was from the end of school classes to 5 p.m. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the need for a more accurate demand survey for all-day care services, expansion of the supply of all-day care services, strengthening publicity and guidance, and ensuring a quality level were proposed.
