국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 신규간호사를 위한 인터넷 기반 비폭력대화 의사소통 훈련 프로그램을 구성하는 것으로, 문헌분석과 전문가 검토를 거쳐 총 10회기 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 상담 및 심리교육 프로그램 개발 모형에 따라, 먼저 선행연구 고찰을 위한 문헌연구를 시행하였고 대상자에게 필요한 임상 간호현장에서의 사례를 선정하였다. 다음 절차로 프로그램의 교육목표를 설정하고 내용구성 및 교수-학습 방법 선택과정을 거쳐 프로그램을 구성하였다. 마지막으로, 전문가에 의한 타당도 평가를 의뢰하였다. 결과 연구결과 신규간호사의 핵심직무 관련 스트레스 상황(항생제 피부반응검사, 정맥주입로 확보 등)과 의사소통 갈등 상황(인수인계, 환자요구 수렴 등)을 도출하였고, 이를 해결하기 위한 인터넷기반 비폭력대화 의사소통 훈련 프로그램 10회기를 개발하였다. 프로그램의 전문가 의뢰 타당성 검토 결과는 (CVI= .87)로 나타났다. 결론 신규간호사의 근무 여건 상 집체 교육보다 접근성이 수월한, 인터넷을 기반으로 운영하도록 프로그램을 개발하였고, 신규간호사의 핵심기본간호술과 의사소통 역량 강화를 위한 내용으로 구성하여 이들의 임상실무 적응에 도움을 주고자 하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study iis aimed at developing internet-delivered nonviolent-communication training program for novice nurses within a year of their appointment. Methods The development process required literature analysis and expert review in order to derive possible work conditions and communication conflicts that may occur to novice nurses, and a total of 10 programs are developed based on such data. A literature review was conducted to review previous studies, and cases of nursing work were selected. Results We developed a total of 10 communication programs (10 sessions, 20 minutes each session). We applied “empathic listening” and “expressing honestly” which are core principles of nonviolent-communication to the contents of the program for each session. The program was divided into understanding the basic concepts of nonviolent-communication, practicing nonviolent-communication at the development stage, and organizing concepts at the summary stage. Stressful situations related to nursing skills (antibiotic skin test, securing an intravenous line, etc.) and communication conflict situations (handover, patient request convergence, etc.) were configured as examples. The result of the program's expert validity review was (CVI= .87). Conclusions This study is significant in that it is a field-oriented communication training program that can help the adaptation of novice nurses within a year of work.
