플립러닝을 적용한 유아동작교육 수업에서 본 예비유아교사의 경험

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 플립러닝을 적용한 유아동작교육 수업에서 예비유아교사의 경험은 어떻게 나타나는지 알아보고자한다. 방법 이를 위하여 충북소재 전문대학 유아교육과 3학년 학생들 8명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 2019년 9월 3일부터 12월 13일까지 실시하였으며 주 1회 3시간 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 녹음된 면담내용, 개인저널로 기술하기, 분류하기, 해석하기 세단계로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 타당도를 높이기 위해 삼각기법, 연구자의 편향성을 없애기 위해 끊임없는 반성이 이루어졌고 구성원 검토와 외부연구자 영입을 통해 타당도를 얻고자 하였다. 결과 첫째, 플립러닝을 적용한 유아동작교육 수업에서 본 예비유아교사는 몸을 직접 움직여 문제를 해결하고 짝과 함께 동료 가르치기를 통해 움직임에 대한 즐거움과 유아들에게 동작교육의 필요성을 인식하게 되었다. 둘째, 플립러닝을 적용한 유아동작교육 수업에서 본 예비유아교사 유아동작교육의 태도의 변화는 자기의 동작교수에 대한 자신감과 유아동작 가르침에 대한 나의 만족감이다. 셋째, 플립러닝을 적용한 유아동작교육 수업에서 본 예비유아교사 유아동작교수 지식의 변화는 유아동작교육에 대한 이해와 유아동작의 교사역할을 위한 전문성 획득이다. 결론 플립러닝 교수전략은 교사양성과정에 적용함으로서 효과적인 대학 교수전략의 새로운 대안이 될 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study would investigate pre-service early childhood teachers’ experience in the class of early childhood movement education applying flipped learning. Methods For this purpose, this study chose 8 juniors in the Department of Early Childhood Education in a college located in the Chungbuk area. This study was conducted from September 3 through December 13, 2019, for three hours once a week. The collected data were recorded interviews and personal journals, which were analyzed in three steps, including description, classification, and interpretation. To increase the validity of this study, a triangular method was employed, and to get rid of the researcher’s bias, constant reflection was made. The validity would be obtained through member check and the recruitment of researchers from outside. Results First, in the class of early childhood movement education applying flipped learning, the pre-service early childhood teachers resolved problems by moving their bodies themselves and recognized the pleasure of movement and the necessity of movement education through teaching peers with partners. Second, in the class of early childhood movement education applying flipped learning, changes in the pre-service early childhood teachers’ attitude to early childhood movement education are confidence in their teaching of movement and satisfaction with their teaching of movements for children. Third, in the class of early childhood movement education applying flipped learning, changes in the pre-service early childhood teachers’ knowledge of their teaching of movements for children are the understanding of early childhood movement education and the acquisition of expertise for the role of teachers of child movement. Conclusions It is judged that the flipped learning teaching strategy will be a new alternative for effective college teaching strategy by applying it to the teacher training course.
