국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 대학생활 적응, 무조건 자기수용, 취업 스트레스 간의 상관관계를 파악하고, 대학생활 적응이 취업 스트레스에 미치는 영향에서 무조건 자기수용의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 2017년 9월 G지역 4년제 대학교 졸업예정 대학생 752명(남: 497명, 여: 255명)을 대상으로 대학생활 적응, 무조건 자기수용, 취업 스트레스 척도를 측정하였다. 각 척도별 변인은 문항의 평균값으로 하여 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였고, 부트스트레핑을 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생활 적응과 무조건 자기수용은 유의한 정적 상관, 취업 스트레스와 다른 두 개의 변인 간에는 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생활 적응과 취업 스트레스의 관계에서 무조건 자기수용이 유의한 부분적 매개효과를 보였다. 결론 대학생의 학교생활 적응을 위해 대학 조직의 인적, 물적 지원이 꾸준히 이루어져야 할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구의 한계점과 후속연구를 위한 제언이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to identify the correlation between college life adaptation, unconditional self-acceptance, and job stress, and to verify the mediated effect of self-acceptance unconditionally in the effects of college life adaptation on job stress. Methods For this purpose, in September 2017, 752 college students (male: 497, female: 255) expected to graduate from a 4-year university in G region were measured for college life adaptation, unconditional self-acceptance, and job stress scale. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed with the variable for each scale as the average value of the items, and the significance of the mediating effect was verified through bootstrapping. Results The results of the study are as follows. First, it has been shown that adaptation to college life and unconditional self-acceptance have significant static correlation, and significant maladjustment between employment stress and the other two variables. Second, self-acceptance unconditionally showed significant partial mediating effects in the relationship between college life adaptation and job stress. Conclusions Human and physical support from university organizations should be consistently provided for college students’ adaptation to school life. The limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
