예비유아교사의 삶의 만족도, 공정성, 유아권리인식 간 구조적 관계 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 삶의 만족도, 공정성, 유아권리인식 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 예비유아교사의 삶의 만족도가 유아권리인식에 미치는 영향에서 공정성의 매개효과를 규명하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 경기 및 전남지역 소재 4년제 대학 유아교육관련 학과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 262명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0와 AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 측정모형의 구조적 관계 분석을 위해 회귀분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. 끝으로 공정성의 매개효과 유의성을 확인하기 위해 부트스트래핑 방식에 의한 효과 검증을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 예비유아교사의 삶의 만족도와 공정성, 유아권리인식 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 삶의 만족도는 공정성에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치며 유아권리인식에 미치는 영향은 발견되지 않았다. 예비유아교사의 공정성은 유아권리인식에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 삶의 만족도가 유아권리인식에 미치는 영향에서 공정성은 완전 매개효과를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 결론 본 연구결과는 유아권리에 대한 교사의 인식과 실천이 중요해지는 오늘날, 예비유아교사의 공정성이 유아권리인식을 결정하는 요인임을 입증하고 유아교사가 갖추어야 하는 윤리적 자질로서 공정성의 가치를 조명하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 지닌다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 예비유아교사를 대상으로 하여 공정성의 내용이 포함된 유아권리인식 증진 프로그램 개발할 것을 제안한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between life satisfaction, fairness, and perception of children s rights of pre-service teachers, and to investigate the mediating effect of fairness in the effect of pre-service teachers life satisfaction on children s rights perception. Methods For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting 262 pre-school teachers who are enrolled in the department of early childhood education at a four-year university in Gyeonggi and Jeonnam. For the collected data, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 programs. Results First, it was found that there was a positive correlation between the life satisfaction and fairness of the pre-service teachers, and the perception of children s rights. Second, life satisfaction of pre-service teachers had a significant effect on fairness, and no effect was found on the perception of children s rights. It was found that the fairness of the pre-service teachers had a positive effect on the perception of children s rights. Third, it was confirmed that fairness had a complete mediating effect in the effect of pre-service teachers life satisfaction on the perception of children s rights. Conclusions This study is significant in that it proves that the fairness of the pre-service teacher is a determining factor in the perception of children s rights, and illuminates the value of fairness as an ethical quality that an early childhood teacher must possess. Based on the results of this study, it is proposed to develop a program to promote perception of children s rights including fairness for pre-service teachers.
