대학생활적응 선별 조사도구 개발을 위한 구성요인 및 측정방법 연구

국문 초록

목적 기존 대학생활 현황 전수조사의 문제점을 보완하여 실제 대학현장에서 활용될 수 있는 한국 대학생활적응 선별도구를 개발하기 위해 측정되어야 할 예측요인과 예측요인별 하위요인 및 세부내용을 도출하고, 측정방법을 결정하여 예비조사척도를 개발하는 기초연구이다. 방법 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구 및 기존 도구 분석 및 요인 재분류를 통한 연역적 구인과정을 통해 대학생활적응의 구성개념과 구성요소 및 세부내용을 구인화하하고, 43개 대학의 최근 2년 내 실시된 대학생활 현황조사의 설문문항을 수집하여 내용구분 및 빈도 등을 분석하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 설정된 예측요인과 요인별 하위요인 및 세부내용, 그리고 측정방법 등에 대한 개방형 질문지를 활용해 전문가 의견을 수용하고, 이를 통해 개발한 예비 조사도구의 내용타당도 등을 확인하기 위해 3차의 전문가 델파이 조사(Delphi Method)를 실시하였다. 결과 그 결과 학생의 개별 대학생활적응 정도를 선별하기 위한 학업적 적응, 개인-정서적 적응, 사회적 적응, 진로적 적응 등 4개 하위척도 80개 문항과 대학환경 적응을 포함한 대학생활 현황 관련 경향정보 파악을 위한 40개의 설문문항으로 구성된 한국 대학생활적응 선별도구(K-CASS) 개발을 위한 예비 조사도구를 개발하였다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 개발된 예비척도의 효과적인 표준화를 통해 대학생활의 다양한 영역에서 부적응 학생을 선별, 조력하는데 유용한 도구가 될 것으로 기대하면서, 추후 효과적인 개발 및 활용을 위해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives It is a basic study to develop a Screening survey scale by extracting sub-factors and details of predictors to be measured and determining measurement methods to develop a K-CASS (College Life Adaptation Screening Scale) that can be used in actual university sites. Methods For this end, the concept, components, and details of college life adaptation were first constructed through prior research, analysis of existing tools, and factor reclassification, and questionnaires from 43 universities were collected to analyze the content and frequency. Based on the above results, a third Delphi method was conducted to accept expert opinions on the set factor structure, sub-factors, details, and measurement methods, and to confirm the content validity of the preliminary survey tool developed through this. Results As a result, a preliminary research tool was developed for the development of a tool (K-CASS) to select the degree of adaptation to Korean university life consisting of 80 questions on four sub-scales: academic adaptation, Personal-emotional adaptation, social adaptation, and career adaptation, and 40 questions to identify trend information related to the current status of university life, including adaptation to the university environment. Conclusions It was suggested for effective development and utilization in the future, expecting that it will be a useful tool for selecting and assisting maladaptive students in various areas of college life through effective standardization of preliminary measures developed through this study.
