일부지역 치과위생사의 감성리더십에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 조사대상자의 특성이 감성리더십에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 치과위생사가 갖추어야 할 소양중의 하나인 감성리더십을 통해 직무를 향상시키는 방안을 도출하고자 연구하였다. 방법 연구기간은 2020년 7월부터 8월까지 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였고, 709부를 최종 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 20.0을 사용하여 일반적 특성 및 직무 특성은 빈도분석, 일반적 특성 및 직무 특성에 따른 감성리더십 차이는 t-test와 ANOVA를 실시하였고, 감성리더십에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 다중선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연령은 사회관리능력과 관계관리능력, 결혼여부는 자기관리능력과 사회관리능력, 관계관리능력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 기혼이 미혼보다 높았다. 직위는 자기관리능력과 사회관리능력, 관계관리능력, 근무경력은 사회관리능력과 관계관리능력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결론 치과위생사의 감성리더십을 강화시켜 타인의 감정을 공감하고 이해하는 감성리더십을 파악하여 치과위생사가 갖추어야 할 소양을 개발하고 직무를 향상시키기 위한 방안 마련에 필요한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to determine the effects of the characteristics of subjects on emotional leadership in dental hygienists and develop a plan for improving their job through emotional leadership, one of the accomplishments required for dental hygienists. Methods A self-administered questionnaire was administered from July to August 2020 and 709 copies were finally analyzed. An SPSS/Win 20.0 program was used to perform frequency analysis for the general and job characteristics, t-test and ANOVA for variation in emotional leadership by the general and job characteristics, and multiple regression analysis for the effects on emotional leadership. Results Social management capability and relationship management capability differed significantly by age; self-management capability, social management capability, and relationship management capability differed significantly by marital status, with the married being better at them than the unmarried. Self-management capability, social management capability, and relationship management capability differed significantly by position; social management capability and relationship management capability differed significantly by working career. Conclusions The higher position, the higher level of emotional leadership. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data necessary to allow dental hygienists to reinforce their emotional leadership, identify emotional leadership in empathizing with and understanding others emotion, and make a plan for developing accomplishments required for dental hygienists and improving their job.
