우울한 성인의 자살사고에 관한 구조모형

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 우울한 성인들의 초기부적응도식(단절 및 거절영역)과 자살사고의 관계에서 심리도식양식(취약한 아동양식, 화난 아동양식, 요구적 부모양식, 처벌적 부모양식)의 매개역할을 확인하였다. 방법 이를 위해 연구 참여에 동의한 20세에서 64세 사이의 성인 397명 중 CES-D 21점 이상인 우울집단 157명을 대상으로 초기부적응도식(단절 및 거절영역)과 자살사고의 관계에서 심리도식양식(취약한 아동양식, 화난 아동양식, 요구적 부모양식, 처벌적 부모양식)의 매개모형을 측정하기 위해 구조방적식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우울집단(CES-D 21점 이상)의 자살사고의 관계에서 심리도식양식(취약한 아동양식, 화난 아동양식, 요구적 부모양식, 처벌적 부모양식)의 매개모형을 측정한 결과 취약한 아동양식, 화난 아동양식, 요구적 부모양식은 완전매개모형으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 처벌적 부모양식은 부분매개모형으로 검증되었다. 결론 본 연구를 토대로 초기부적응도식(단절 및 거절영역)과 자살사고의 관계에서 심리도식양식이 작동하여 자살사고에 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미하므로, 상담장면에서 자살사고에 개입할 때 심리도식양식에 대한 치료계획을 수립하여 적용해야함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, the mediating role of Schema Modes (Vulnerable Child, Angry Child, Punishing Parents, and Demanding Parents) was examined in the relationship between the early maladaptive schemas (disconnection and rejection) and suicide ideation in depressed adults. Methods For this purpose, among 397 adults between the ages of 20 and 64 who agreed to participate in the study, 157 people in the depressed group with a CES-D score of 21 or higher were evaluated to measure the mediated model of Schema Modes (Vulnerable Child, Angry Child, Punishing Parents, and Demanding Parents) in the relationship between early maladaptive schemas (disconnection and rejection) and suicidal ideation. Structural equation model analysis was performed. Results The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of measuring the mediated model of Schema Modes (Vulnerable Child, Angry Child, Punishing Parents, and Demanding Parents)in the relationship between suicide ideation in the depressed group (CES-D score of 21 or higher), the Vulnerable Child, Angry Child, Punishing Parents were tested with the fully mediated model. Second, the Demanding Parents was verified with a partially mediated model. Conclusions Based on this study, it means that Schema Modes work in the relationship between early maladaptive schemas (disconnection and rejection) and suicide ideation. It suggests that a treatment plan should be established and applied for schema mode.
