학교현장에서 에듀테크(Edu Tech) 활용에 대한 예비교사의 인식 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 학교현장에서 에듀테크(Edu Tech) 활용에 대한 예비교사의 인식을 탐색하는 것이다. 방법 본 연구에서는 학교현장에서 에듀테크 활용에 대한 예비교사의 인식을 알아보고자 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(Focus group Interview)의 질적 연구방법을 진행하였다. 포커스 그룹인터뷰는 2020년 3월 5일부터 2020년 5월 31일까지 진행하였으며 전사 작업, 추가자료 수집과 분석은 2020년 3월 15일부터 2020년 10월 31일까지 진행하였다. 결과 예비교사들은 학교현장에서 에듀테크 활용은 실감형 교육으로서 불편한 수업상황의 개선 도구로 인식하였으며, 에듀테크 활용에 대한 교사들의 낮은 인식의 형성은 에듀테크 활용을 적극적으로 권장하지 않는 학교풍토와 수업시간에 활용할 수 있는 디바이스의 부족, 에듀테크 활용 수업 평가기준의 부재가 에듀테크 활용의 걸림돌로 작용하였음을 말하였다. 학교교육의 목표를 위해 에듀테크에 대한 전문성을 바탕으로 에듀테크 활용과 관리를 지원할 수 있는 전담인력으로서 테크매니저 제도가 필요하며 콘텐츠의 질적 전환을 통해 교육과 기술의 융합, 콘텐츠의 다양화, 역량을 함양하는 교육방법과 교육내용의 혁신을 위한 교육적 에듀테크를 지향해야함을 인식하였다. 결론 에듀테크 활용 교육과 관련하여 예비교사들의 실제적인 인식을 파악함으로써 에듀테크 활용 교육 활성화를 위한 교육적 논의와 지원에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the perception of pre-service teachers on the use of Edu Tech in school settings. Methods This study conducted a qualitative research method of focus group interview to investigate the perception of pre-service teachers on the use of Edu Tech in school settings. Focus group interviews were conducted from March 5, 2020 to May 31, 2020, and the company work, additional data collection and analysis were conducted from March 15, 2020 to October 31, 2020. Results The pre-service teachers perceived the use of Edu Tech in the school settings as a tool for improving the uncomfortable classroom situation as a realistic type education, and the formation of teachers low perception of the use of Edu Tech was from the fact that school climate that does not actively encourage the use of Edu Tech, lack of devices that can be used in class, and the absence of evaluation criteria for Edu Tech utilization class acted as a stumbling block for Edu Tech utilization. For the goals of school education, based on the expertise on the Edu Tech, they perceived that a tech manager system is needed as dedicated manpower that can support the use and management of Edu Tech, and through qualitative transformation of contents, they perceived that convergence of education and technology, diversification of contents, educational methods to develop competencies, and educational Edu Tech should be pursued for innovation of educational contents. Conclusions This study identified the actual perception of pre-service teachers concerning education using Edu Tech, and presented implications for educational discussion and support for vitalizing education using Edu Tech.
