블랜디드 러닝 형식의 문제기반학습(PBL)을 적용한 사회복지실천기술론 수업 운영효과에 관한 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 블랜디드 러닝 형식의 PBL을 적용한 사회복지실천기술론 교과목의 효과성을 분석해 봄으로써 사회복지 전공교과목에서의 블랜디드 러닝 형식 PBL의 유용성 및 적용가능성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 부산광역시에 소재한 K 대학교 3학년을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 실험집단에게는 블랜디드 러닝 형식의 PBL을 적용한 사회복지실천기술론 수업을 실시하였고 비교집단에게는 교과지식 전달 위주의 사회복지실천기술론 수업을 실시하였다. 실험집단과 비교집단의 변화 차이를 분석하기 위해 수업은 주 1회 총 13회기를 실시하였으며 사전-사후검사의 방법으로 효과성 차이를 분석하였다. 결과 분석결과 블랜디드 러닝 형식의 PBL을 적용한 사회복지실천기술론 수업에 참여한 실험집단 내에서는 사회복지실천기술, 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력의 점수가 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 향상되었으나 비교집단과의 비교에서는 의사소통능력 점수에서만 비교집단보다 유의하게 향상되었다. 결론 블랜디드 러닝 형식의 문제기반학습을 적용한 사회복지실천기술론 수업은 사회복지전공 대학생의 사회복지실천기술, 문제해결능력, 의사소통능력을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 사회복지사에게 필요한 역량을 향상시키기 위한 사회복지실천기술론 교과목에 블랜디드 러닝 형식의 PBL의 활용 가능성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to examine the usefulness and applicability of the blended learning type PBL in social welfare major subjects by analyzing the effectiveness of social work skills and techniques Class using blended learning type PBL. Methods For this purpose, the 3rd year students of K University located in Busan were selected as research subjects. the experimental group conducted the social work skills and techniques Class applying the blended learning type PBL and the comparison group conducted the social work skills and techniques Class for the transfer of subject knowledge. In order to analyze the difference in change between the experimental group and the comparison group, a total of 13 sessions were conducted once a week, and the difference in effectiveness was analyzed using the pre-post test method. Results As a result of the analysis, the scores of social work practice skills, problem-solving ability, and communication ability all improved statistically and significantly in the experimental group who participated in the social work skills and techniques Class applying the blended learning type PBL but in comparison with the comparison group, only the communication ability score improved significantly compared to the comparison group. Conclusions The social work skills and techniques Class using the blended learning type of using the blended learning type PBL had a positive effect on improving social welfare practice skills, problem-solving ability, and communication ability of university students majoring in social welfare. These results suggest the possibility of using the blended learning type PBL in the social work skills and techniques subject to improve the competencies required for social workers.
