대학생의 학습동기, 핵심역량, 메타인지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동의 구조적 관계 모형 검증

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 학습동기, 핵심역량, 메타인지를 상정하고, 전체 변인 간의 구조모형을 설정하고 변인들의 경로를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 2019년 12월 2일부터 10일까지 K도 소재 4년제 대학생 총 987명을 대상으로 학습동기, 핵심역량, 메타인지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동 척도를 사용하여 온라인으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형에서 외생변인으로서 학습동기, 내생변인으로서 핵심역량, 메타인지, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로준비행동을 선정하였다. 결과 첫째, 학습동기와 핵심역량, 메타인지, 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로준비행동은 모두 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였고, 연구모형으로 설정한 구조적 관계가 적합함을 확인하였다. 둘째, 학습동기는 핵심역량과 메타인지, 진로결정자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 진로준비행동에는 영향력이 유의하지 않았다. 반면 학습동기와 진로준비행동과의 관계에서는 진로결정 자기효능감과 메타인지가 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 학습동기, 메타인지, 핵심역량 변인의 구조모형을 도출하였으며, 학습동기가 진로결정자기효능감과 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 핵심역량과 메타인지를 매개하여 각각 다른 경로를 통해 이루어지고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objectives In this study, we intended to examine the path of predictors in the process of presuming learning motivations, meta-cognition, and core competencies as variables that affect career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. Methods For this study, 986 undergraduate students were surveyed. In the structural equation model, learning motivation as an exogenous advocate, meta-cognition, core competence, career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior as an endogenous advocate were selected. The data was analyzed by using AMOS23 and SPSS24 programs. Results First, the learning motivation, core competence, meta-cognition, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior all showed significant static correlation and confirmed that the structural relationship established in the research model was appropriate. Second, learning motivation was found to have a direct effects on core competency, meta-cognition, and career decision-making self-efficacy, but there was no significantly direct effects in career preparation behavior. On the other hand, career decision-making self-efficacy and meta-cognition had shown to play a role as a mediator in the relationship between learning motivation and career preparation behavior Conclusions This study was confirmed the structural relationship between learning motivation, meta-cognition, and core competency variables that affect career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. And the learning motivation was found through different paths, such as core competency and meta-cognition, in the process of influencing career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior.
