헤어 과정평가형제도를 통한 미용인의 기술 전문성과 인성이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 헤어 과정평가형제도를 통한 미용교육의 기술 전문성 및 인성의 하위요인이 교육만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 방법 헤어 과정평가형제도 관련 교육과정을 이수한 미용인 274명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 헤어 미용인의 기술 전문성 인식의 하위요인을 헤어커트, 헤어펌, 헤어컬러, 헤어샴푸 및 관리, 헤어스타일 연출, 두피⋅모발관리, 업스타일로 구성하고 미용인 인성 인식의 하위요인을 대인관계, 의사소통, 책임성, 자기개발로 구성하였으며 각 요인에 대하여 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검정하였고 상관관계를 분석하였다. 결과 헤어 과정평가형제도를 통한 기술 전문성 및 인성 교육과정이 전문가 양성을 위해 중요한 기틀임을 확인하였다. 헤어 과정평가 형제도 교육기관으로 위탁교육이 가장 많았고 기술적 전문성에서 헤어샴푸 및 관리와 두피⋅모발관리를 높게 평가하였으며 인성에서는 책임성이 모든 교육기관에서 높게 나타났다. 헤어 과정평가형제도를 통한 미용인의 기술 전문성 중 헤어컬러와 업스타일이, 인성 인식 중 대인관계와 자기개발이 교육만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 결론 헤어 과정평가형제도를 통한 기술 전문성과 인성을 함양한 교육과정을 확대하여 교육만족도를 더욱 높여야 하고, 현장에서 체계적인 전문성 강화를 위해 기술 및 인성교육을 꾸준히 보완하고 추가해야 한다. 또한 기술적 이론과 고객 대응능력인 커뮤니케이션을 주목해야 할 필요가 있으며 교육과정에 추가하는 방안을 모색해야 한다. 현장 경력이 많은 미용인을 위하여 재교육 과정과 단계별 교육프로그램이 재정비되어야 하고 심화 교육과정에 따른 교육평가가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The effect of sub-factors of technical expertise and personality of beauty education on education satisfaction was investigated through the hair course evaluation system. Methods A survey was conducted on 274 hairdressers who completed the education course related to the hair course evaluation system. The sub-factors of the recognition of technical expertise of a hairdresser are composed of hair cut, hair perm, hair color, shampoo and management, hair style direction, scalp/hair care, and up-style, and the sub-factors of the recognition of personality as a beautician are interpersonal relationship, communication, responsibility, and self-development. Results It was confirmed that the technical expertise and personality curriculum through the hair course evaluation system are important frameworks for nurturing experts. Consignment education was the most popular as a hair course evaluation system educational institution, hair shampoo⋅treatment and scalp⋅hair care were highly evaluated in technical expertise, and responsibility was high in the field of personality in all educational institutions. Through the hair course evaluation system, hair color and up-style among hairdressers technical expertise had a positive effect on educational satisfaction. In addition, interpersonal relationships and self-development among personality perceptions had a positive effect on educational satisfaction. Conclusions Educational satisfaction should be further increased by expanding the curriculum that cultivates technical expertise and personality through the hair course evaluation system, and the education of technique and personality should be continuously supplemented and added to systematically strengthen professionalism in the field. Furthermore, it is necessary to pay attention to a technical theory and communication: a customer responsiveness and seek ways to add them to the curriculum. It is thought that the re-education process and step-by-step education programs should be reorganized for hairdressers with many field experiences and the educational evaluation according to the in-depth curriculum should be conducted.
