국문 초록

목적 이 연구의 목적은 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(이하 FGI)를 통해 현장 전문가인 유아교사 및 관리자가 제안하는 유아교사의 핵심덕목 및 핵심인성역량 강화 프로그램 개발을 위한 심층적인 의견을 분석하는 것이다. 방법 FGI는 계획, 모집, 진행, 분석 및 보고 등 4단계의 절차대로 진행되었다. 계획단계에서 연구도구인 면담질문지를 구성하였으며, 모집단계에서 선정기준에 따라 유아교사 4명, 관리자 4명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 진행단계에서 각 집단별로 면담을 실시하였으며, 분석 및 보고단계에서 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 결과 FGI를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 참여자는 예절, 배려, 책임이 강한 교사를 인성이 좋은 교원으로 느끼고 있었다. 둘째, 존중, 배려, 협동, 책임을 우선적으로 함양해야 하는 핵심덕목으로 제안하였으며, 도덕적 자기관리능력, 긍정적 태도, 공동체 의식, 도덕적 대인관계능력, 도덕적 의사소통능력을 우선적으로 함양해야 하는 핵심인성역량으로 제안하였다. 셋째, 협동학습, 상황극, 놀이, 전문가 교육을 핵심덕목 및 핵심인성역량 강화에 적합한 교수⋅학습방법으로 제안하였다. 결론 유아교사를 위한 핵심덕목 및 핵심인성역량 강화 프로그램은 핵심인성역량 중심으로 설계⋅시행하면서 핵심덕목으로 수렴되는 프로그램이어야 한다. 더불어 핵심덕목과 핵심인성역량, 교수⋅학습방법은 상호 유기적으로 구성되어야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze in-depth opinions for the development of programs to strengthen the core virtues and core character competencies of nursery teachers suggested by nursery teachers and managers, who are field experts through focus group interviews(hereinafter FGI). Methods The FGI proceeded according to the four-step procedure: planning, recruitment, progress, analysis and reporting. In the planning stage, an interview questionnaire was formed as a research tool, and in the recruitment stage, 4 nursery teachers and 4 managers were selected as research subjects according to the selection criteria. In the process stage, interviews were conducted for each group. In the analysis and reporting stage, the collected data were analyzed. Results The results derived through FGI were as follows. First, research participants felt that teachers with strong etiquette, consideration, and responsibility as teachers with good character. Second, respect, consideration, cooperation, and responsibility were suggested as core virtues that should be cultivated first. And moral self-management ability, positive attitude, community consciousness, moral interpersonal ability, and moral communication ability were suggested as core character competencies that should be cultivated first. Third, cooperative learning, situational play, play, and expert education were suggested as teaching/learning methods suitable for strengthening core virtues and core character competencies. Conclusions The programs to strengthen the core virtues and core character competencies of nursery teachers should be a program that converges to core virtues while designing and implementing it centered on core character competencies. In addition, core virtues, core character competencies, and teaching/learning methods should be organically structured with each other.
