예비유아교사의 자기수용과 타인수용이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 자기수용과 타인수용이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향력을 확인하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 수도권 소재 유아교육과 대학생 306명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 변수 간의 상관계수를 산출하였으며 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 예비유아교사의 자기수용과 타인수용이 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향력을 확인하였다. 결과 주요연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 자기수용, 타인수용, 대인관계능력의 평균점수는 대인관계능력, 타인수용, 자기수용 순으로 나타나 자기수용 점수가 가장 낮았다. 둘째, 각 변인들 사이에는 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 대인관계능력에 대한 자기수용과 타인수용의 영향력을 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자기수용만이 유의미한 변인으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사의 대인관계능력을 향상시키기 위한 방안들을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-acceptance and other-acceptance on interpersonal relationship ability for early childhood preservice teachers. Methods For research purposes, a survey was conducted on 306 college students in the Department of Early Childhood Education in the Seoul metropolitan area. For the analysis of the data, correlation coefficients between variables were calculated using SPSS 23.0, and multiple regression analysis was conducted to confirm the effect of early childhood preservice teachers self-acceptance and other-acceptance on interpersonal relationship ability. Results The following are the main results: First, the average scores of early childhood preservice teachers self-acceptance, other-acceptance and interpersonal relationship ability were shown in the order of interpersonal relationship ability, other-acceptance, and self-acceptance. Second, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between each variables. Third, multiple regression analyses were conducted to determine the influence of self-acceptance and other acceptance of early childhood preservice teachers interpersonal relationship ability, and only self-acceptance was found to be a significant variable. Conclusions Based on these findings, measures were discussed to improve the interpersonal relationship skills of early childhood preservice teachers.
