QR코드를 활용한 블렌디드 러닝 헤어미용 퍼머넌트 수업 효과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 서울 소재 고등학교 3학년 미용과 학생을 대상으로 수업 전·후 학습자의 학습동기, 학습몰입, 교과학습태도, 자기주도적 학습태도 등 변인을 분석하여 QR코드를 활용한 블렌디드 러닝 헤어미용 퍼머넌트 수업의 효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 두 집단의 수업지도안을 각각 설계하였고 전통적 실기수업을 하는 통제집단과 QR코드 학습자료를 이용한 블렌디드 러닝 수업을 하는 실험집단으로 분류하여 4차시 수업을 적용하였으며 수업 전·후 설문지 및 평가지를 작성하여 분석하였다. 실험집단의 실험 전·후 변화를 확인한 결과 학습동기 18.8%, 학습몰입 12.1%, 교과학습태도 8.9% 증가하여 유의한 결과를 얻었다(p<0.05, p<0.001). 학습동기에서 주의력이 26.1%로 높게 상승하였고 학습몰입에서 과제와 능력의 조화가 18.8% 높게 상승하였으며 교과학습태도에서 준비도가 14.6%로 높게 유의하게 상승하였다. 통제집단과 실험집단 간 비교한 결과 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 학습동기에서 주의력이 16.3%, 학습몰입이 8.3%, 자기주도적 학습태도 10.7%, 자기주도적 학습태도 중 학습관리능력이 13% 유의하게 높은 수치를 나타냈다(p<0.05). 결론적으로 QR코드를 활용한 블렌디드 러닝 헤어미용 퍼머넌트 수업은 주의력, 학습몰입, 자기주도적 학습태도 향상에 매우 효과적임을 나타내 다른 단원의 수업에도 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze variables such as learner’s learning motivation and learning immersion, subject learning attitude and self-directed learning attitude after the class for high-school seniors in Seoul area who major in beauty, and to explore the effect of blended learning of hair beauty perm class using QR code. To this end, each of teaching guide plans were designed in two groups divided into control group with traditional practical class and experimental group with blended learning class using QR code learning data, which applied to the four rounds of demonstration class. After that, questionnaire and evaluation form before and after class were conducted and analyzed. In changes of before and after experiment in experimental group, they showed the meaningful effect by the increase of 18.8% in learning motivation, 12.1% increase in learning immersion and 8.9% increase in subject learning attitude.(p<0.05, p<0.001). Attention increased high to 26.1% in subject learning motivation, the harmony of task and ability in the learning immersion increased 18.8% higher, and the preparation level increased significantly to 14.6% in subject learning attitude. As a result of comparison between control group and the experimental group, the experimental group showed significantly higher figures than that of control group by 16.3% in attention of the learning motivations, 8.3% in the learning immersion, 10.7% in the self-directed learning attitude, and 13% in the study management skill of self-directed learning attitude(p<0.05). In conclusion, it indicated that blended learning of hair beauty perm class using QR code have a meaningful effect on the improvement in attention, leaning immersion and self-directed learning attitude, which can be applied to other unit classes.
