직업흥미검사 안내 및 해석 활동이 중학생의 자기이해 수준에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 직업흥미검사의 안내 및 해석 활동이 중학생의 자기이해에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 중학생을 대상으로 직업흥미검사의 사전 안내 및 사후 해석 활동을 독립변인으로 설정하고, 이 변인이 종속변인인 자기이해 수준에 미치는 효과에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 광주광역시 소재 J중학교 1학년 198명이 재학하는 여덟 개 학급 중 두 개 학급을 선정하여 각각 24명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 할당하였다. 실험 실행 전에 자기이해 수준을 측정하는 사전검사를 실시하고, 2019년 9월 2일부터 2019년 9월 11일까지 주 2회, 45분씩 총2주에 걸쳐 실험집단에게 직업흥미검사 안내 및 해석활동을 실행하였다. 그리고 통제집단에게는 직업흥미검사만을 실시하였으며, 그 후 두 집단 학생 모두의 자기이해 수준을 측정하는 사후검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 안내 및 해석활동 실행 후 실험집단과 통제집단의 사후검사 결과를 비교하였을 때, 실험집단의 평균점수가 통제집단의 평균점수보다 높게 나타났다. 이것으로, 직업흥미검사 안내 및 해석활동을 실행한 집단의 자기이해 수준이 그렇지 않은 집단보다 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of Vocational Interest Inventory Guidance and Interpretation Activities on the Self-understanding Levels of Middle School Students. To this end, two classes out of eight classes attended by 198 first graders at J Middle School in Gwangju City were selected and divided into 24 experimental and control groups. Prior examination of the level of self-interest was conducted before inputting the experiment. From 2 September 2019 to 11 September 2019, the experimental group was given job entertainment test guidance and interpretation activities twice a week for a total of 45 minutes. The control group was only given job entertainment test, and both groups were tested after input. Research results and conclusions are as follows. The results of the pre-inspection by the experimental group and the pre-inspection by the control group before the introduction of occupational entertainment examination guidance and interpretation activities have demonstrated that they are homogeneity at the self-interest level. When comparing the post-inspection results of the experimental group with the post-inspection results of the control group after input of guidance and analytical activities, the average score of the experimental group was higher than the average score of the control group in all the questions, and the overall average score of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group. In view of this, it was found that the self-understanding level of the experimental group in which occupational entertainment inspection guidance and interpretation activities were employed was higher than that of the control group that did not.
