집단상담 교육프로그램의 구성요소 도출

국문 초록

본 연구는 중급집단상담자들의 경험과 인식을 수렴하여 집단상담 교육프로그램에 반영되어야 구성요소를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구참여자는 목적표집 방법으로 선정하였고 이를 위해 전국의 중급집단상담자를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 CQR-M의 방법으로 실시하였으며 최종적으로 101명의 자료를 분석하여 총 4개의 영역에서 13개의 상위범주, 52개의 범주가 도출되었다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과과정 외 집단상담교육에서 경험한 아쉬움은 실제 현장에 도움이 되지 못하는 교육, 다양한 학습 욕구를 충족하지 못하는 커리큘럼, 전문성이 부족한 집단체험의 3가지 범주로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단상담 운영과정 및 실제의 구성요소로는 안정되고 효과적인 집단운영, 집단목표에 맞는 프로그램 계획 및 집단원 특성파악, 그리고 실제에서 활용 가능한 구체적 내용의 3가지 범주로 나타났다. 셋째, 집단상담자 지식과 태도에 대한 구성요소는 리더의 전문성 성장을 위한 구체적 교육, 어려운 역동 대처 및 치료적 구현, 그리고 리더의 내적자기 다루기의 3가지 범주로 나타났다. 마지막으로 집단상담 교육 및 훈련프로그램의 방법요소는 실습과 관찰을 통한 모의집단 경험, 이론과 실제가 접목된 활용 팁 및 활동 예시, 실제집단 참여를 통한 치료적 효과체험, 그리고 집단 운영과 프로그램 개발의 4가지 범주로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였고, 후속연구의 방향에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to derive the major components of a group counseling education program by reflecting the experiences and perceptions of intermediate group counselors. Participants in the study were selected as the target sampling method, and online surveys were conducted for intermediate group counselors nationwide. The data of the 101 counselors were analyzed by the CQR-M method, and then 4 domains, 13 categories and 52 sub-categories were deduced. The main results are as follows. First, regrets experienced in group counseling education were classified into three categories: education that does not help the actual field, curriculum that does not satisfy various learning needs, and group experience that lacks expertise. Second, the group counseling operation process and actual education factors were divided into three categories: stable and effective group operation, program planning suitable for group goals and specific contents available in practice. Third, the educational factors for group counselor knowledge and attitudes were divided into three categories: concrete education for the leader s professional growth, difficult dynamic coping and therapeutic realization, and the leader s internal self-handling. Finally, the method elements consist of four groups: experience of simulation group through practice and observation, usage tip and example of activity incorporating theory and practice, experience of therapeutic effect through participation in actual group, and group operation and program development. Based on these findings, this study’s implications and limitations were discussed.
