간호대학생의 감성지능이 심리적 안녕에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 감성지능, 의사소통능력, 감사성향과 심리적 안녕감의 관계를 이해하고, 간호대학생의 감성지능과 심리적 안녕감과의 관계에서 의사소통능력과 감사성향의 매개효과를 확인는 것이다. 연구대상자는 경기도, 경상도, 충청도 소재의 간호대학에 재학중인 간호대학생 217명이었고, 자료수집 기간은 2019년 8월 28일부터 10월 2일까지이다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 감성지능이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 의사소통 능력과 감사성향은 모두 부분 매개효과를 지니는 것으로 확인되어 간호대학생의 감성지능, 의사소통 능력 및 감사성향이 심리적 안녕감을 증진시킬 수 있음을 나타냈다. 이를 통해 간호교육 과정 내에 감성지능, 의사소통 기술 및 감사성향을 향상시키기 위한 교과 및 비교과 프로그램이 포함될 필요성을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this was to understand the relationships among emotional intelligence, communication competence, gratitude disposition and psychological well-being and identify the mediating effects of communication competence and gratitude disposition on relationship between emotional intelligence on the psychological well-being among nursing students. The data were collected from total of 217 nursing students in Gyeonggi-do, Gyeongsang-do, and Chungcheong-do, from August 28, 2019 to October 2, 2019. The results of this study showed that communication competence and gratitude diposition partially mediated the relationship between the emotional intelligence and nursing students psychological well-being. This meant that improving their emotional intelligence, communication skills, and gratitude attitude could enhance the psychological well-being. This suggests that courses and activities to improve nursing students’ emotional intelligence, communication skills and gratitude disposition should be included in the nursing curriculum.
