대학의 온라인 수업 질 제고를 위한 교수역량 요인 요구분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학의 온라인 수업 질 제고를 위하여 온라인 수업에 요구되는 교수 역량 요인별 우선순위를 도출하는 것이다. 먼저 선행연구 분석을 통해 온라인 수업 교수역량 요인을 4개 변수와 14개 하위요인으로 구성한 뒤, 현 대학 교강사 총 247명을 대상으로 각 요인별 중요도와 현재 수준에 대하여 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 요구요인 및 우선순위 도출에는 대응표본 T-test, Borich 요구도, The Locus for Focus Model 적용의 3단계 분석방법을 활용했다. 그 결과 총 7개의 요구요인(내용 전달력(기술), 내용 전문성(지식), 온라인 수업에 관한 관심/적극성(태도), 평가 방법의 적절성, 구상한 콘텐츠 개발 능력, 장비 및 소프트웨어 활용 능력, 미디어 리터러시 수준)이 우선 요구요인으로 확인되었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 온라인 수업 질 제고를 위하여 향후 대학의 교수역량 강화 프로그램 개발 및 수업 지원 정책 결정 시 우선적으로 고려하고 지원해야 할 교수역량 요인과 지원 방향을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyse needs by faculty competency to improve the quality of online classes for higher education and derive priority. First, through literature review analysis, the faculty competency factors of online classes were determined to be composed of 14 sub-factors of 4 variables and an online survey was conducted with a total of 247 in-service higher education faculty members. In order to derive the needs factors and priorities, the three-step analysis method of paired t-test, Borich needs, and The Locus for Focus Model was used. As a result, a total of 7 needs factors [content delivery ability(technology), content expertise(knowledge), interest/activeness in online classes(attitude), adequacy of evaluation methods, ability to develop envisioned contents, ability to use equipment and software, media literacy level] were identified as prior needs. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the faculty competency factors and the direction of support for the development of higher education faculty competencies and priorities that should be considered and applied when deciding the class support policy in order to improve the quality of online classes were proposed.
