국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 역기능적 진로사고가 진로적응성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 249명을 대상으로 대학생이 지각한 역기능적 진로사고, 진로적응성, 진로결정자기효능감을 측정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대학생이 지각한 역기능적 진로사고는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로적응성에 유의미한 부적 영향을, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로적응성에 유의미한 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 역기능적 진로사고가 진로적응성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 대학생의 역기능적 진로사고가 진로적응성에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과는 성별에 차이가 있는 것으로 드러났다. 매개변인의 하위요인 중에서, 남학생은 목표선택에 여학생은 진로정보에 유의미한 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 매개변인인 진로결정자기효능감의 하위요인을 대학생의 진로상담시 성별에 따른 차이를 인식하여 보다 면밀한 접근과 상담전략의 필요성을 제시하였다. 이를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 대해 논의하고 후속연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy of career decision making in the process of the dysfunctional career thought perceived by university students affecting career adaptability. The research results, First, the dysfunctional career thought perceived by college students has a significant negative effect on career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability. Self-efficacy of career decision-making was found to have a significant static effect on career adaptability. Second, it was confirmed that there was a mediating effect of self-efficacy in career decision making in the process of dysfunctional career thought of college students affecting career adaptability. Third, the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy was found to have a gender difference in the course of a college student s dysfunctional career thought affecting career adaptability. Based on these results, the sub-factor of career decision-making self-efficacy as a mediator was recognized by gender differences in career counseling of university students and suggested the need for a closer approach and counseling strategy. Based on this, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed and further studies were suggested.
