교직수업에서 비교과프로그램 운영사례를 통한 핵심역량 효과 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 J대학교 비교과교육지원센터의 SUPERcap을 바탕으로 플립러닝과 팀기반 비교과 프로그램 연계 교직과목 수업의 설계 및 운영에 따른 학생들의 핵심역량 증진 효과를 밝히고 다양한 교직과목의 수업과 연계한 비교과 프로그램의 개발 및 운영에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. 비교과프로그램 운영 결과는 다음과 같다. 교과-비교과연계 프로그램에 대한 효과를 분석한 결과 사전점수(M= 3.35)에 비해서 사후점수(M=4.18)가 0.83점 향상되었으며, 집단 간에는 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=-10.095, p<.001). 핵심역량별 효과 분석에 있어서 영성인성요인은 사전점수(M= 3.00)와 사후점수(M=3.77) 차이가 0.77점 향상되었으며, 집단 간에는 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=-5.288, p<.001). 의사소통요인은 0.77점 향상(t=-5.923, p<.001), 자기개발요인은 0.64점 향상(t=-5.137, p<.001). 창의융합요인은 사전점수(M= 3.23)에 비해 사후점수(M=4.32)가 1.09점 향상되었으며, 집단 간에는 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=-7.483, p<.001). 그리고 +형협력요인은 사전점수(M= 3.50)에 비해 사후점수(M=4.41)가 0.91점 향상되었으며, 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=-8.101, p<.001). 비교과 연계프로그램인 양초 공예프로그램은 SUPER역량 5개 요인 중에서 창의융합역량요인에 가장 효과적이었다. 그 이유로는 작품을 완성하는 과정에서 다문화에 대한 이론적 지식이 팀원들의 다양성과 창의성, 그리고 협력의 결과로 나타났기 때문이다. 비교과프로그램 활동은 학생간의 상호작용 및 팀활동의 결과로 리더십, 협동학습 등 역량 증진에 도움이 되었다. 따라서 향후 대학수업에서 비교과프로그램을 연계하여 학습자의 역량강화와 발전 방안을 위한 노력이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Based on SUPERcap of J University s Comparative Education Support Center, the purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of enhancing students core competency by designing and operating flip learning and team-based comparative courses and program-linked teaching courses. In addition, it presented its implications for the development and operation of comparative programs linked to classes in various teaching subjects. The results of the comparative program data are as follows. An analysis of the effect on the subject-non-textual linkage program showed that the post-score score (M=4.18) was 0.83 points better than the pre-scoring (M= 3.35), and there were significant differences between groups (t=-10.095, p<.001). In the analysis of effects by core competency, the difference between the pre-score (M= 3.00) and post-score (M=3.77) was increased by 0.77 points, and there were significant difference between groups (t=-5.288, p<.001). Communication increased by 0.77 points (t=-5.923, p<.001), Self-development factor increased by 0.64 points (t=-5.137, p<.001). The factors for creative convergence were 1.09 points improvement in post-score (M=4.32) over pre-score (M= 3.23), with significant difference between groups (t=-7.483, p<).001). And the +Formation factor showed a 0.91 improvement in the post score (M=4.41) over the prescore (M= 3.50), with significant difference between groups (t=-8.101, p<.001). As such, the candle craft program, which linked the curriculum with the comparative department in teaching classes, was effective in the students SUPER competency. The candle craft program, which is linked to comparison, was the most effective of the five factors of SUPER competency in terms of creative convergence capability. The reason for this was the result of the diversity, creativity and cooperation of team members based on the theoretical knowledge of multiculturalism in the process of completing the work. Comparative program activities have helped to enhance competency such as leadership and cooperative learning as a result of interaction and team activities among students. Therefore, efforts are required to strengthen learners competencies and develop them by linking comparative programs in future university courses.
