초등교사의 평생학습 촉진역량 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

평생학습역량은 초등학교 시절부터 체계적으로 길러주는 것이 효과적일 것이다. 교사는 평생학습 촉진자로서의 역량을 갖추고 학생들이 평생학습 역량을 기르도록 안내하고 촉진, 관리, 지원하는 역할을 해주어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 초등교사를 대상으로 초등교사의 평생학습 촉진역량 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석, 전문가 협의를 통해 예비문항을 도출하고 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하여 41개 문항을 추출하였다. 측정 척도의 타당화를 검증하기 위해 광주광역시, 전라남도, 전라북도의 초등교사 558명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 중다회귀 분석을 실시하여 최종적으로 지역사회 자원연계, 배움의공동체 조성 지원, 미래교육적응, 교사학습공동체 활동, 평생학습지향의 5개 역량 32개 문항이 선정되었다. 이 척도는 교사 스스로 자신의 평생학습 촉진역량을 진단하고 개선하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Lifelong learning competencies will be effective if systematically developed from elementary school. Elementary school teachers must be able to improve the learner’s lifelong learning competencies and they must play a role in facilitating, guiding, facilitating, managing and supporting students lifelong learning competencies. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the tool of lifelong learning competencies for elementary school teachers to enhance their lifelong learning competencies. Preliminary items of Lifelong learning competencies were elicited through the literature review and expert consultation. The 41 items were finally extracted through three Delphi investigations. For the validation of the tool, the survey was conducted on 558 elementary school teachers working in the Gwangju, Jella-Nando and Jella-Bukdo province. Thirty-two of the five competencies of lifelong learning promotion were selected community resource linkages, learning community facilitative support, future education adaptation, teachers community support activities, and lifelong learning orientation. This tool can be used to investigate and improve teachers’ beliefs of life long learning competencies.
