국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 개인 특성에 따라 사회적지지, 그릿, 진로결정자기효능감, 고용가능성 간의 구조적 관계의 차이를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월 중순부터 4월 초까지 부산시 소재의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 학생 450명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 417부를 분석에 활용하였다. 변인 간의 구조적 관계 분석을 위해 구조방정식을 활용한 매개모형 검증을 실시하였고, 개인 특성에 따른 경로 계수 차이를 밝히기 위해 다중집단 구조방정식을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 사회적지지는 그릿과 진로결정자기효능감을 매개로 하여 고용가능성에 영향을 미쳤으며, 성별, 학년별, 희망 진로유형에 따라 집단 내에 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 성별과 희망 진로유형은 집단 간에 차이가 있었지만, 학년에 따른 집단 간 차이는 존재하지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의하였으며, 진로 지도에 필요한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined differences in structural relationships between social support, grit, career decision-making self-efficacy, and employability according to the individual characteristics of college students. To this end, a survey was conducted on 450 students attending a four-year college in Busan, Korea for about a month from March 2019, and the final 417 copies were used for analysis. In order to analyze the structural relationship between variables, a mediation model was verified using a structural equation, and a multi-group structural equation was conducted to reveal the differences in path coefficients according to individual characteristics. As a result of the study, social support had an effect on employment possibility through mediating grit and career decision-making self-efficacy, and there were significant differences within the group according to gender, grade level, and desired career type. However, no differences between groups by grade level. Based on the results of this study, discussions were made and suggested implications for career guidance.
