대학생의 취업불안과 취업준비행동의 관계: 진로결정자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 이중 매개효과

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생의 취업불안과 취업준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 사회적 지지의 이중매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2018년 12월 한달 간 서울 및 수도권 소재 4년제 3개 대학에 재학 중인 319명을 대상으로 자료를 수 집하여 SPSS 23.0과 Macro 프로그램을 사용하여 통계 처리하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 취업불안, 진로결정자기효능감, 그리고 사회적 지지가 높을수록 취업준비행동도 증가하는 경향이 나타났다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감과 사회적 지지 는 모두 취업불안과 취업준비행동 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 취업불안과 취업준비행동의 관계에서 사회적 지지보다 진로결정자기효능감의 영향력이 상대적으로 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 대학생의 취업준비행 동의 긍정적 증진을 위해서는 이들의 정서 및 심리적 특성과 함께 지지적 환경이 중요하게 다루어질 필요가 있음에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of college students’ job-seeking anxiety and employment preparation behavior with the mediating effects of career decision making self-efficacy and social support. A sample of 319 college students participated in this study. Data was analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and SPSS Macro. The results are as follows. First, the mediating effects career decision making self-efficacy and social support were found on relationship job-seeking anxiety between employment preparation behavior. Second, the dual mediating effects were found not social support but career decision making self-efficacy. In sum, these results indicated that job-seeking anxiety, career decision making self-efficacy, social support are considered all together to understand college students’ employment preparation behavior, and especially job-seeking anxiety and career decision making self-efficacy should be considered more importantly. Based on this study, I hope that further investigations to improve the college students’ employment preparation behavior are to be continued.
