국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정의 중학교 가정 교과서의 ‘안전’ 핵심개념 단원의 활동과제를 분석하는 것이다. 분석대상은 「기술·가정1」교과서 12종, 「기술·가정2」교과서 12종 총 24종을 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석틀은 2015 개정 중학교 가 정과 교육과정을 분석해 ‘청소년기 생활 안전’, ‘주생활 안전’, ‘식생활 안전’, ‘안전한성’, ‘가정 폭력 안전’ 내용 요소를 추출하여 개발하였다. 분석결과, ‘안전’ 내용 요소를 포함한 「기술·가정1」교과서의 활동과제는 총 112개, 「기술·가정2」교과서는 147개로 학년이 올라갈수록 ‘안전’ 활동과제가 더 많아졌다. 그리고 세부 내용 요소별로 살펴보면, ‘스트레스/분노조절장애’, ‘주택 안전’, ‘식품 선택’, ‘성폭력’, ‘아동 폭력’ 세부 내용 요소를 주로 포함하고 있었다. 그러나 ‘안전·위생 조리’, ‘성 의사결정’, ‘노인 폭력’ 의 세부 내용 요소는 부족하기에 교육현장에서는 이를 고려해 교수·학습 활동을할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the activity tasks from the unit, Safety in the contents of Home Economics textbook for middle school (in the home life of the ``Technology and Home Economics textbook published in 2018) revised in 2015. The subjects of the analysis were totally 24 textbooks - 12 textbooks of Technology and Home Economics 1, 12 textbooks of Technology and Home Economics 2. The analysis framework was developed by analyzing the contents of adolescent life safety , housing safety , food safety , safe sex and family violence safety from the textbooks of Home Economics revised in 2015. The results showed that the textbooks of Technology and Home Economics 1 inclued 112 activity tasks related to Safety and the textbooks of Technology and Home Economics 2 have 147 activity tasks of the content. In higher grade textbooks, more activity tasks on Safety contents were found. In details, the textbooks most often include stress & anger control disorder , safety in house , food choice , sexual violence , and child abuse . However, the contents of safe and hygienic cooking , sexual decision making and eldery abuse are not enough in the textbooks. Hence, these contents needs to take into account.
