국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 유아교사의 음악 교육에 대한 신념, 음악교수내용지식, 음악 활동에 대한 태도, 성취목표지향성, 자기조절학습능력이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향과, 음악교수효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 매개 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연 구대상은 경기도 소재 대학 유아교육과에 재학 중인 403명의 예비 유아교사였으며, 자료 수집은 설문지를 통해 이루어졌고, 자료 분석은 기술 통계 분석 및 설정한 연구모형의 적합도 지수를 평가하고 각 경로의 인과적 효과를 확인하기 위하여 구조 방 정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 결론적으로 예비 유아교사의 음악교수효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변인은 음악교수내용지식, 음악 활동에 대한 태도 변인이며, 음악 교육에 대한 신념은 음악 활동에 대한 태도를 완전 매개로 음악교수효능감에 간 접적인 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 이는 예비 유아교사의 음악교수효능감 향상을 위해 음악교수내용지식이 중요하며, 음악 교육에 대한 신념과 음악 활동에 대한 태도의 향상이 필수적임을 보여준다.

영문 초록

This study is purposed to observe the impacts that pre-service early childhood teacher s beliefs about music education, pedagogical content knowledge of music teaching, attitude toward musical activities, achievement goal orientation, and self-regulated learning capability on music teaching efficacy, and examine the mediating effect of attitude toward musical activities, achievement goal orientation, and self-regulated learning capability on pre-service teacher’s music teaching efficacy. The subjects of this study were 403 pre-service early childhood teachers who completed the early childhood music education course in university. Data collection was made through questionnaires, and data analysis were conducted by using frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation model. In conclusion, the variables that directly affect pre-service early childhood teacher’s music teaching efficacy showed that they were pedagogical knowledge of music teaching and music activities, and indirect effects were attitude toward musical activities. This shows that the importance of knowledge of contents of music teaching is important for pre-service teacher’s music teaching efficacy, and it is essential to improve pre-service teacher s beliefs in music teaching and attitude toward music activities.
