다문화청소년 진로발달 연구 동향과 과제: 학회지 논문을 중심으로(2009-2019.6)

국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화청소년의 진로발달에 대한 국내 연구 결과를 살펴보고, 연구 흐름을 파악하고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 2019년 6월에 이르는 연구 자료 중 ‘다문화’와 ‘진로’의 핵심어를 포함한 한국연구재단 등재 또는 등 재후보 논문으로, 다문화청소년에 초점을 두고 있는 총 53편의 연구를 선정하고 분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 기준을 설정할 때에는 기초 단계, 분석틀 수립 및 주제 분류, 평정 및 점검의 3단계를 수행하였으며 연도, 연구 방법, 연구주제, 사회인지진로 이론의 변인 분류 등에 따라 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 다문화청소년의 진로발달을 주제로 한 연구는 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육분야, 사회과학분야, 사회복지분야 등 여러 학문분야에서 다문화청소년의 진로발달 주제에 관 심을 두고 연구가 이루어졌다. 셋째, 다문화청소년의 세부 구분에 따라 연구대상자를 구별하여 이루어진 연구는 적은 편이었다. 넷째, 주로 활용된 연구 방법으로는 조사연구, 질적연구, 프로그램 개발 연구, 조사연구(패널자료 분석)로 분석되었다. 마지막으로, 연구주제에 대해서는 진로변인 연구, 일반학생과의 비교연구, 진로발달경험에 대한 관심이 높았으며 사회인지진로이론의 관점에서 연구된 변인을 파악해본 결과 진로장벽, 부모 및 가족을 포함한 맥락적 변인에 대한 연구가 상대적으로 많이 이루어진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the results of domestic research on career development of multicultural youth and to identify the flow of research on career development of multicultural youth. To this purpose, a total of 53 studies which are listed in the National Research Foundation of Korea focusing on multicultural youth were selected and analyzed, including the key words of multiculturalism and career development among the research data from 2009 to June 2019. When setting the criteria for analysis, three stages were established: basic stage, analysis framework, subject classification, evaluation, and inspection. As a result of the analysis, first, research on the career development of multicultural youth has been steadily increasing. Second, researches were conducted on the subjects of career development of multicultural youth in various academic fields such as education, social science, and social welfare. Third, there were only a few studies that distinguished subjects according to the subdivisions of multicultural youth. Fourth, the research methods used were survey research, qualitative research, program development research, survey research(panel data analysis). In the case of quantitative data analysis, descriptive statistics, variance analysis series, and regression analysis series were mainly used. Lastly, for the research subjects, career variables, comparative studies with general youth, and career development experiences were high. As a result of examining the variables studied from the perspective of Social Cognitive Career Theory, many studies on contextual variables including career barriers, parents and family were conducted relatively. Based on the results of this analysis, the implications and suggestions presented.
